Genesis 15:3-5
Dijo también Abram: Mira que no me has dado prole, y he aquí que será mi heredero un esclavo nacido en mi casa. Luego vino a él palabra de Jehová, diciendo: No te heredará este, sino un hijo tuyo será el que te heredará. Y lo llevó fuera, y le dijo: Mira ahora los cielos, y cuenta las estrellas, si las puedes contar. Y le dijo: Así será tu descendencia.
Abraham recibió la visión de Dios de su vida a través del encuentro con Dios.
La verdadera visión sólo puede ser hallada en la presencia de Dios.
La Biblia dice: «La cabeza de todo hombre es Cristo» (1 Corintios 11:3). La cosa más importante que cualquier hombre puede hacer es reconocer la autoridad y el liderazgo de Cristo Jesús y dedicarse a seguirlo cada día para poder recibir Su dirección (Juan 14:6). Definitivamente, Jesucristo no sólo da una visión, sino que él mismo es la visión, debido a que hemos sido llamados para ser conformados a Su imagen.
Tú tienes que encontrar directamente de parte de Dios lo que tienes que hacer con tu propia familia. La presencia de Dios es la clave.
Dios puede comunicar la visión en una variedad de formas. Primeramente, Él habla a medida que nosotros oramos y leemos Su Palabra. Estos son los hábitos más importantes que debemos desarrollar. Dios también puede hablar a través del consejo de cristianos confiables, o también cuando hacemos un análisis de nuestros dones y de nuestros talentos.
¿Acaso existe alguna idea o vocación que viene a tu mente una y otra vez, especialmente después de que te has puesto a orar? Esa puede ser la visión de Dios para tu vida. Tú también debes permitir que Dios amplíe y engrandezca alguna visón que Él ya te haya dado.
Recuerda que cuando hemos sido fieles en las cosas pequeñas, frecuentemente, Él nos promueve hacia cosas más grandes. Una visión también puede ser heredada, pero el hombre que la hereda necesita haberse apropiado de ella, y necesita ejercer un verdadero liderazgo para poder llevar a cabo esa visión.
La visión es más importante aun que el dinero. Un hombre puede tener una gran cantidad de dinero, pero sin tener ninguna visión, sino sólo el hecho de acumular dinero o de estar vagando en diversas especulaciones. Tal vez llegue a tener suerte en alguna cosa, pero esto no significa que él tiene una visión. Mucha gente rica no tiene ningún propósito para esta vida.
El hombre necesita tener visión aun antes de la disciplina, porque la disciplina viene de la visión. La disciplina viene a medida que tú planeas hacia el futuro y haces sacrificios para poder realizar tu visión.
¿Cómo puedes saber si tu visión va a llegar a realizarse? Descansa seguro pensando que Dios siempre provee para la visión que Él te ha dado. El Jardín del Edén era la provisión que le permitía a Adán llevar a cabo el propósito de dominio que Dios le había dado. Dios siempre va a apoyar y a sostener su propia visión. Esa es Su responsabilidad. Pero el hombre tiene que buscar y tiene que recibir la visión para poder asegurar esta provisión.
A Dios le preocupan los hombres que tienen una visión de Él, y quienes pueden sostener, apoyar y nutrir a su familia y a otros, a medida que ellos se mueven en esta visión en busca de Dios y de los propósitos de Dios.
Dios también puede usar mujeres para el liderazgo, pero esto es uno de los principales propósitos del hombre.
Como hombre, tú no puedes permitir que tu imagen de ti mismo dependa de lo que otra persona posee. Dios te hizo como la cabeza, y si tú llegas a conocer a una mujer que maneja un Porsche, y que es la vicepresidenta de un banco y que es dueña de su propia casa, todo esto no tiene nada de malo. ¿De qué tienes miedo? Tú necesitas entender que ese tipo de mujer es toda una bendición. Y si tú le das tu liderazgo, ella va a ser muy feliz compartiendo lo que posee. Ella sólo quiere saber que tú eres capaz de manejar bien todo lo que ella tiene.
Déjenme poner algo muy claro: si tú eres un hombre, tú naciste para ser un líder. Dios hizo primero al hombre porque Él quería que el hombre fuera responsable. Un hombre no decide dirigir o no dirigir. Él tiene su posición debido a la virtud o al don de su propósito. El hombre es la cabeza del hogar no porque él tenga que dirigir. El dirige porque él es la cabeza del hogar. Su posición es inherente.
Algunos hombres toman su valor y su fuerza y los usan descuidadamente. Cuando un hombre se aleja de Dios, y toma su vida en sus propias manos, y no combina el valor con el sentido común, él puede causarse a sí mismo y a su familia muchos problemas. El verdadero valor y fuerza vienen solamente a través de la confianza en la fidelidad de Dios y en creer a Su Palabra.
Un verdadero líder tiene humildad, de tal manera de que está dispuesto a aprender de otros y a ser corregido cuando esto se necesita. Algunos de los más grandes momentos en mi vida son ocasiones cuando mi esposa me corrige, me da ideas o me da su punto de vista acerca de algo que yo no había
podido hacer correctamente. Mi esposa tiene tremendos recursos dentro de ella. Se requiere ser un verdadero hombre para poder someterse para recibir ayuda. Solo los tontos evitan esto.
Principios.
1. Ser un visionario es una responsabilidad fundamental para el hombre porque, sin ello, él no puede cumplir sus otras tareas como líder, como maestro, como cultivador, como proveedor y como protector.
2. Tener visión significa ser capaz de concebir y de moverse hacia el propósito de uno en la vida.
3. El hombre fue creado para ser un visionario. A él se le dio la primera visión del plan de Dios para la humanidad.

▪︎Dudas y no aceptas el modelo de Dios que puso en nosotros, donde el hombre es la cabeza y el liderazgo está en el para el cumplimiento de la visión?
▪︎Siempre tuviste la idea de que en tus fuerzas lograrías el propósito en tu vida?
Oración:
Rey de nuestras vidas!, nos creaste y formaste con tu ADN Celestial y pusiste eternidad en nuestros corazones para estar ligados siempre a ti; desde el principio nos has dado autoridad para gobernar y ser verdaderos líderes pero el pecado e iniquidad nos arrebato la autoridad y liderazgo de nuestras vidas y muchos se debilitaron y perdimos la visión, pero hoy declaramos que por el poder del sacrificio en la cruz, tomamos la autoridad que se nos había quitado, el liderazgo que se había perdido y retomamos la visión, llamado y propósito de nuestras vidas, en el nombre de Jesús, Amen!

Visionaries
Genesis 15: 3-5
And Abram said, “You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir.” Then the word of the Lord came to him: “This man will not be your heir, but a son who is your own flesh and blood will be your heir.” He took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”
Abraham received God’s vision of his life through his encounter with God.
True vision can only be found in the presence of God.
The Bible says, “The head of every man is Christ” (1 Corinthians 11: 3). The most important thing any man can do is recognize the authority and leadership of Jesus Christ and dedicate himself to following Him each day in order to receive His direction (John 14: 6). Definitely, Jesus Christ not only gives a vision, but He Himself is the vision, because we have been called to be conformed to His image.
You have to find directly from God what you have to do with your own family. God’s presence is the key.
God can communicate vision in a variety of ways. First, He speaks as we pray and read His Word. These are the most important habits that we must develop. God can also speak through the advice of trusted Christians, or also when we do an analysis of our gifts and talents.
Is there an idea or vocation that comes to mind over and over again, especially after you’ve started praying? That may be God’s vision for your life. You too must allow God to expand and magnify some vision He has already given you.
Remember that when we have been faithful in the little things, He often promotes us to bigger things. A vision can also be inherited, but the man who inherits it needs to have owned it, and he needs to exercise true leadership in order to carry out that vision.
Vision is even more important than money. A man may have a great deal of money, but without having any vision, only the fact of accumulating money or of being wandering in various speculations. He may get lucky in something, but this does not mean that he has a vision. Many rich people have no purpose for this life.
Man needs to have vision even before discipline, because discipline comes from vision. Discipline comes as you plan ahead and make sacrifices in order to realize your vision.
How can you know if your vision is going to come true? Rest safe thinking that God always provides for the vision He has given you. The Garden of Eden was the provision that allowed Adam to carry out the purpose of dominion that God had given him. God is always going to support and sustain his own vision. That is His responsibility. But man has to seek and has to receive the vision in order to secure this provision.
God is concerned with men who have a vision of Him, and who can sustain, support, and nurture their family and others, as they move in this vision in search of God and God’s purposes.
God can also use women for leadership, but this is one of the main purposes of man.
As a man, you cannot allow your image of yourself to depend on what another person possesses. God made you like the head, and if you get to know a woman who drives a Porsche, and who is the vice president of a bank and who owns her own house, there is nothing wrong with this. What are you afraid of? You need to understand that this type of woman is a blessing. And if you give her your leadership, she will be very happy sharing what she has. She just wants to know that you are capable of handling everything she has well.
Let me make something very clear: if you are a man, you were born to be a leader. God made man first because He wanted man to be responsible. A man does not decide to direct or not to direct. He has his position because of virtue or the gift of his purpose. The man is the head of the home not because he has to lead. He directs because he is the head of the home. Its position is inherent.
Some men take their courage and strength and use them carelessly. When a man turns away from God, and takes his life into his own hands, and does not combine courage with common sense, he can cause himself and his family many problems. True courage and strength come only through trusting in God’s faithfulness and believing His Word.
A true leader has humility, in such a way that he is willing to learn from others and to be corrected when this is needed. Some of the greatest moments in my life are times when my wife corrects me, gives me ideas or gives me her point of view about something that I could not have
been able to do correctly. My wife has tremendous resources within her. It takes being a real man to be able to submit for help. Only fools avoid this.
Principles.
1. Being a visionary is a fundamental responsibility for man because, without it, he cannot fulfill his other tasks as a leader, as a teacher, as a cultivator, as a provider and as a protector.
2. Having vision means being able to conceive and move towards one’s purpose in life.
3. Man was created to be a visionary. He was given the first vision of God’s plan for humanity.
Questions to Conclude:
▪︎Do you doubt and not accept the model of God that He placed in us, where man is the head and the leadership is in Him for the fulfillment of the vision?
▪︎Did you always have the idea that in your strength you would achieve the purpose in your life?
Prayer:
King of our lives!, You created and formed us with Your Celestial DNA and You put eternity in our hearts to always be linked to You; from the beginning You have given us authority to rule and be true leaders but sin and iniquity took away the authority and leadership of our lives and many were weakened and lost vision, but today we declare that by the power of the sacrifice on the cross, we take the authority that had been taken from us, the leadership that had been lost and we took back the vision, calling and purpose of our lives, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
