Cuando nos enfrentamos a las dificultades de la vida, a menudo podemos tener la sensación de que nadie puede comprender por lo que estamos pasando. A veces las personas no pueden ver más allá de su propia situación para saber cómo ayudarte. Quizá has estado en una situación en la que realmente no sabías cómo ayudar a un amigo o amiga que estaba pasando por un momento realmente difícil.
Necesitamos que se nos recuerde que Jesús sabe lo que es ser como nosotros. Él no vino como un Dios entre los hombres, sino que adoptó forma humana. Eso significa que experimentó cosas físicas (como el hambre o el cansancio) y también sentimientos (como la tristeza y la emoción). Si alguien sabe lo que es el sufrimiento, ese es Jesús. Si sientes que necesitas que alguien empatice con tu situación, mírale a él: él te comprenderá.
Oración:
Jesús, gracias por experimentar la humanidad en esta tierra para comprender mis dificultades por completo. Tú ya conoces mis circunstancias, así que simplemente te pido que pueda notar tu presencia en mi vida, consciente de que soy profundamente importante para ti.

When we face hardships in life we can often feel like nobody really relates to what we are going through. Sometimes people cannot see beyond their own situation to know how to help. Perhaps you have been in a situation where you didn’t really know how to help a friend who was going through a really tough time.
We need to be reminded that Jesus knew what it was like to be human. He didn’t come as a god among men; he came in human form. This means he experienced physical things like hunger and tiredness, as well as emotions like sadness and excitement. If anyone knows about suffering, it is Jesus. If you are feeling like you need empathy for your situation, look to him; he understands.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank you for experiencing humanity on earth, so you are able to completely understand my difficulties. You already know my circumstances, so I simply ask that I will sense your presence in my life, knowing that you care deeply for me.
