Muchas veces contar lo que hacemos o narrar las actividades que realizamos; pareciera darnos valor, y si no tenemos una serie de actividades para comentar valemos menos. ¿Será que nuestra estima o nuestro valor se mide por aquellas cosas que logramos?
Pareciera que alcanzar muchos logros para Dios puede hacernos sentir importantes ¿no? Sin embargo, acá lo importante no es lo que nosotros hagamos sino lo que le permitamos a Dios hacer en nosotros.
Isaías 43:4 dice: “Porque a mis ojos fuiste de gran estima, fuiste honorable, y yo te amé; daré, pues, hombres por ti, y naciones por tu vida”
Los verdaderos creyentes, hijos de Dios que anhelan hacer su voluntad, son un tesoro valioso y precioso delante de los ojos de nuestro Padre Celestial. Su gran amor hacia nosotros es lo que motiva todo su trabajo de redención, Él estuvo dispuesto a pagar un precio muy alto por tu vida, Dios intercambio a su propio hijo por vos; la cruz demuestra tu valor.
Inclusive en Filipenses 2:3, nos dice:
No sean egoístas; no traten de impresionar a nadie. Sean humildes, es decir, considerando a los demás como mejores que ustedes.
Ya que tu valor es en tu Dios, no debes compararte a los demás ya que cada uno de nosotros tiene un valor grande en Dios y por Él. Tú eres único, no eres ni mayor o menor a los demás, por eso con humildad mirarás a los demás que tienen un valor grande para Dios.
Oración:
Buen Padre Celestial, a causa de situaciones difíciles en nuestra vida algunas veces nos sentimos menospreciado y creemos que no tenemos valor y pensamos que nadie nos ama, mucho menos tu gran Rey, pero hoy hemos entendido que tenemos un gran valor, que tu inmenso amor nos levanta y la cruz nos habla de lo importante que somos para ti, gracias por que nos hiciste hijos y tenemos valor en ti, en el nombre de Jesús. ¡Amén!
Your Value
Many times, we tell us what we do or say what activities we going to carry out; it seems to give us value, and if we don’t have a series of activities to comment on, we are less worth it. Is it that our esteem or value is measured by those things we achieve?
Achieving many accomplishments for God seems to make us feel important, right? However, what is important here is not what we do but what we allow God to do in us.
Isaiah 43:4 says, “For in my eyes you were of great esteem, you were honorable, and I loved you; I will therefore give men for you, and nations for your life.”
True believers, children of God who yearn to do His will, are a precious and precious treasure in the eyes of our Heavenly Father. His great love for us is what motivates all his work of redemption, he was willing to pay a very high price for your life, God exchanged his own son for you; the cross shows your value.
Even in Philippians 2:3, he tells us:
Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress anyone. Be humble, that is, considering others as better than you.
Since your value is in your God, you should not compare yourself to others because each of us has a great value in and for God. You are unique, you are neither greater nor lesser than others, so with humility you will look at others who have great value to God.
Prayer:
Good Heavenly Father, because of difficult situations in our lives, we sometimes feel belittled and believe we have no courage and think that no one loves us, much less your great King, but today we have understood that we have great courage, That your immense love raises us up and the cross speaks to us of how important we are to you, thank you for making us children and we have courage in you, in the name of Jesus. Amen!
