La Biblia ofrece una gran esperanza a cualquier persona que haya sido rechazada y se sienta indeseada. Jesús entiende ese dolor porque lo experimentó Él mismo.
Jesús entiende los sentimientos que vienen cuando la gente le echa a un lado y le hace sentir desvalorizado. Tal vez por eso Jesús usó el último versículo del libro de Mateo para decirle a sus discípulos: “Y les aseguro que estaré con ustedes siempre, hasta el fin del mundo”.
En sus últimos momentos en la tierra, Jesús quería que supiéramos que nunca estamos solos. Aunque otros nos rechacen o abandonen, Él nunca lo hará. Jesús está con nosotros en cada situación, todos los días, pase lo que pase.

You Have a Friend in Jesus
But there is a [true, loving] friend who [is reliable and] sticks closer than a brother.
(Proverbs 18:24)
The Bible offers great hope to any person who has been rejected and left feeling unwanted.
Jesus understands that pain because He experienced it Himself. Jesus understands the feelings that come when people push you away and make you feel devalued. He was rejected by men, too. Perhaps that is why Jesus used the final verse in the book of Matthew to tell His disciples, “And lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age”
(Matthew 28:20).
In His final moments on earth, Jesus wanted us to know that we are never alone. Though others might reject or abandon us, He never would. Jesus is with us in every situation, on every day, no matter what.
Today’s Thought
You need not fear the rejection of man, because you have a friend in Jesus.
