Job 33:14-15
Pues Dios habla una y otra vez, aunque la gente no lo reconozca. Habla en sueños, en visiones nocturnas, cuando el sueño profundo cae sobre las personas mientras están acostadas.
Una de las maneras en las que Dios nos habla es a través de sueños, y recibimos mensajes de Dios a través de sueños a causa de su gran amor por nosotros y estos son de diferente índole como:
• Sueños de Advertencia
Estos sueños necesariamente no podrían suceder, Dios te revela que algo que está sucediendo va a repercutir en una consecuencia, pero si se hacen los cambios no sucederan.
Mateo 2:12
Cuando llegó el momento de irse, volvieron a su tierra por otro camino, ya que Dios les advirtió en un sueño que no regresaran a Herodes.
• Revelaciones proféticas o predicción de sucesos que van a suceder a ti, o a tu familia, inclusive a tu ciudad u otras naciones.
Génesis 41:7-8
¡Entonces las espigas secas se tragaron a las siete robustas y bien formadas! El faraón volvió a despertarse y se dio cuenta de que era un sueño. A la mañana siguiente, el faraón estaba muy perturbado por los sueños. Entonces llamó a todos los magos y a los sabios de Egipto. Cuando el faraón les contó sus sueños, ninguno de ellos pudo decirle lo que significaban.
• Sueños direccionales:
Dios te da una instrucción específica o una información vital de algo que debes hacer.
Génesis 20:13-16
Esa noche Dios se le apareció a Abimelec en un sueño y le dijo: —Eres hombre muerto, porque esa mujer que has tomado ¡ya está casada!
Entonces Abimelec tomó algunas de sus ovejas y cabras, ganado y también siervos y siervas, y entregó todo a Abraham. Además le devolvió a su esposa, Sara. Después Abimelec le dijo: —Revisa mis tierras y escoge cualquier lugar donde te gustaría vivir. Y le dijo a Sara: —Mira, le entrego a tu “hermano” mil piezas de plata en presencia de todos estos testigos, para compensarte por cualquier daño que pudiera haberte causado. Esto resolverá todo reclamo contra mí, y tu reputación quedará limpia.
▪︎Sueños proféticos o de revelación de tu llamado como en el caso de José en Genesis 37:5-7 y en el caso de Samuel, Dios lo despierta de su sueño a revelarle su llamado, 1 Samuel 3:1-14.
Los sueños que provienen de Dios tienen resultados, producen cambios para bien así como los que hemos leído anteriormente.
Y recuerden que Dios siempre nos hablará por medio de sueños, incluso viene una temporada donde se intensificarán los sueños, a causa del derramar del Espíritu Santo, tal cual como lo dice Joel 2:28.
Oración:
Amado Dios, de ti proviene toda buena dádiva, cada don, cada talento y aún los frutos del Espíritu, te pedimos que nos revistas con la sabiduría de tu palabra, la cual es la profecía más segura por la que podemos entender todas las cosas, en el nombre de Jesús, amén.
Dreams!
Job 33: 14-15
For God speaks over and over again, even though people don’t recognize him. He speaks in dreams, in visions at night, when deep sleep falls on people while they are lying down.
One of the ways in which God speaks to us is through dreams, and we receive messages from God through dreams because of his great love for us and these are of a different nature such as:
• Warning Dreams
These dreams could not necessarily happen, God reveals to you that something that is happening will have a consequence, but if the changes are made they will not happen.
Matthew 2:12
When it was time to leave, they returned to their land by another way, as God warned them in a dream not to return to Herod.
• Prophetic revelations or prediction of events that will happen to you, or to your family, even to your city or other nations.
Genesis 41: 7-8
The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven healthy, full heads. Then Pharaoh woke up;(H) it had been a dream.
8 In the morning his mind was troubled, so he sent for all the magicians and wise men of Egypt. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one could interpret them for him.
• Directional dreams:
God gives you specific instruction or vital information about something you must do.
Genesis 20: 13-16
That night God appeared to Abimelech in a dream and said: “You are a dead man, because that woman you have taken is already married!”
So Abimelech took some of his sheep and goats, cattle, and also male and female servants, and gave them all to Abraham. He also gave him back his wife, Sara. Then Abimelech said to him: “Check my lands and choose any place where you would like to live.” And he said to Sara: —Look, I give your “brother” a thousand pieces of silver in the presence of all these witnesses, to compensate you for any damage he may have caused you. This will settle all claims against me, and your reputation will be cleared.
▪︎Dreams prophetic or revelation of your call as in the case of Joseph in Genesis 37: 5-7 and in the case of Samuel, God awakens him from his dream to reveal his call, 1 Samuel 3: 1- 14.
The dreams that come from God have results, they produce changes for the better just like the ones we have read before.
And remember that God will always speak to us through dreams, there is even a season coming where dreams will intensify, because of the pouring out of the Holy Spirit, just as Joel 2:28 says.
Prayer:
Dear God, from you comes every good gift, every gift, every talent and even the fruits of the Spirit, we ask you to equip us with the wisdom of your word, which is the surest prophecy by which we can understand all things, In the name of Jesus, amen.
