A medida que aprendemos a andar rindiéndonos al Espíritu Santo, nuestro Padre celestial nos lleva a un nivel de intimidad superior con él. Y, para ello, debemos mostrarnos vulnerables y ser sinceros con Dios. Constantemente tenemos que decidir confiar más en él que en nuestras experiencias o lógica.
Cuando confiamos en Dios sin ningún límite, descubrimos que es más fiable que cualquier otra persona. Su amor nos rodea y se convierte en el lugar más seguro en el que podríamos estar. Si inclinamos nuestro corazón constantemente hacia él y elegimos lo que él haría, podremos disfrutar de su consuelo y guía, y nuestros caminos se enderezarán.
Oración:
Padre celestial, vengo a ti y te pido que me ayudes a confiar en ti, sabiendo que tú tienes lo mejor preparado para mí. Haz tu obra en mí. Renuncio al control y confío en ti. Tú estás por mí, no en contra de mí. Te amo.
Leveling Up
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. PROVERBS 3:5-6 ESV
As we learn to walk in surrender to the Holy Spirit, our heavenly Father beckons us to a higher level of intimacy with him. In order to do this, we must become vulnerable and get real with him. We must continually trust him more than our experiences or reasoning.
When we trust God without boundaries, we find him more reliable than anyone else. We are wrapped in his love—the safest place we could find ourselves. Constantly leaning our hearts toward him, and choosing what he would, we receive his comfort and guidance, and our paths become straight.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I come to you and ask you to help me trust you, knowing that you have the best in store for me. Have your way with me. I release control, and I trust in you. You are for me, not against me. I love you.
