De la misma manera, también el Espíritu nos ayuda en nuestra debilidad. No sabemos orar como debiéramos, pero el Espíritu mismo intercede por nosotros con gemidos indecibles.

¿Te has preguntado alguna vez si hay una forma incorrecta de orar? ¿Te has preguntado si tus palabras al Padre son aceptables o si hay algo que no deberías decir? Dios siempre en- tiende lo que piensas y sientes, y sabe exac- tamente lo que quieres decir, aun cuando no encuentres las palabras para expresar lo que llevas dentro.
Lo esencial, sin embargo, es tu actitud en la oración. El objetivo del Señior no es sim- plemente conceder tus deseos y anhelos. Más bien quiere que sepas que Él es Dios Todo- poderoso, Creador y sustentador del cielo y de la tierra, que es bueno y amoroso contigo Cuando te diriges a Él, tu súplica asciende al trono más alto, a la autoridad suprema. Así que respétalo, ofrece tu reverencia, temor y deferencia al Rey de reyes y Señor de señores El Espíritu Santo te ayudará.
Y sí, puedes ser sincero con tus sentimien- tos. Él ya los conoce, Dile siempre la verdad a Dios. Pero también reconoce el poder y la san- tidad del Señor y responde a lo que Él te mues- tre con un espíritu arrepentido, dispuesto y adorador.

Reverent Honesty
The Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
ROMANS 8:26
Have you ever wondered, Is there a wrong way to pray? Do you ever question whether your words to the Father are acceptable or if there’s anything you shouldn’t say? Then realize that God always understands what you’re thinking and feeling, and He knows exactly what you mean even when you cannot find the words to express what’s inside you.
What is essential, however, is your your attitude in prayer. The Lord’s goal is not simply to grant your wishes and desires. Rather, He wants you to know that He is God Almighty, Creator and Sustainer of heaven and earth, who is good and loving toward you. When you approach Him, your supplication is to the highest throne-the supreme authority. So respect Him, offering reverence, awe, and deference to the King of kings and Lord of lords. The Holy Spirit will help you.
And yes, you can be honest about your feelings- He already knows them. Always tell God the truth. But also recognize the power and holiness of the Lord and respond to what- ever He shows you with a repentant, willing. and worshipful spirit
