Llegará el día en el que veremos a nuestro Salvador cara a cara. Moraremos en la luz de su presencia por la eternidad. Pero, por ahora, aquí en esta tierra, estamos en la etapa de buscarle y preparar nuestros corazones para la gloria que llegará.
Si plantamos la rectitud en nuestras vidas, cosecharemos la recompensa del amor que nunca falla de Cristo. Abrimos la puerta a cada una de las bendiciones que tiene para nosotros con solo abrirle nuestro corazón. Y no podemos plantar las semillas de la rectitud si no hemos preparado nuestro corazón para que esté blando y listo para recibirlas. Si acudimos diariamente a él, doblamos las rodillas, examinamos nuestros corazones y le permitimos que riegue nuestras almas con su Palabra, su amor nos ablandará.
Oración:
Dios, necesito tu presencia desesperadamente en mi vida. Gracias porque puedo estar ante tu presencia aquí y ahora. Ablanda cualquier dureza que pueda haber en mi corazón, de modo que esté lista para recibir todo lo que tú tienes para mí.
Righteousness Poured Out
Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the LORD, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you. HOSEA 10:12 NIV
A day will come when we see our Savior face-to-face. We will dwell in the light of his presence for eternity. But for right now, here on this earth, we are in a season of seeking him and of preparing our hearts for his coming glory.
When we plant righteousness in our lives, we will reap the harvest of the unfailing love of Christ. We open the door to every one of the blessings he has for us when we simply open our hearts to him. And we cannot plant righteousness if there is any ground in our hearts that isn’t soft and ready. By daily coming before him, bowing our knee, examining our hearts, and allowing him to water our souls with his Word, we will be softened by his love.
Prayer:
God, I need your presence so desperately in my life. I thank you that I can stand in your presence here and now. Soften any hard ground in my heart so that I can be ready to receive all that you have for me.
