Deuteronomio 18:9-14
»Cuando entres en la tierra que te da el Señor tu Dios, no imites las costumbres abominables de esas naciones. Nadie entre los tuyos deberá sacrificar a su hijo o hija en el fuego; ni practicar adivinación, brujería o hechicería; ni hacer conjuros, servir de médium espiritista o consultar a los muertos. Cualquiera que practique estas costumbres se hará abominable al Señor , y por causa de ellas el Señor tu Dios expulsará de tu presencia a esas naciones. A los ojos del Señor tu Dios serás irreprensible. »Las naciones cuyo territorio vas a poseer consultan a hechiceros y adivinos, pero a ti el Señor tu Dios no te ha permitido hacer nada de eso.
Que es Halloween?
Tiene la apariencia de ser una celebración divertida sobretodo para los niños.
▪︎la iglesia católica celebra el 31 de octubre, la víspera del memorial a los santos que partieron a la presencia de Dios.
Por eso muchos piensan que es una celebración religiosa en que se usan disfraces.
▪︎Empiezas a ver en el transcurso de todo el mes de octubre, figuras en los almacenes, casas y hasta en la televisión y peliculas de horror con fantasmas, calaveras, gatos negros, brujas, demonios, mascaras horrorosas, ataúdes, murciélagos, duendes y cosas asi por el estilo.
Por eso antes de dar nuestra opinión a todo esto; debemos meditar que dice la biblia, según el versículo anterior de Deuteronomio 18, acerca de festividades de esta indole e investigar lo que dice la historia de como se empezó esta celebración.
Como nos dice la palabra en Juan 7:24
No digan que algo está mal solo porque así les parece. Antes de afirmar algo, deben estar seguros de que así es.
El verdadero auge de Halloween se dio a mediados del Siglo XIX. Los inmigrantes irlandeses que llegaron a Estados Unidos y Canadá.o
Es una fiesta de origen pagano que se celebra anualmente la noche del 31 de octubre. Su origen se remonta al festival celta Samhain, que se traduce como “Final del verano”. Los celtas lo celebraban cuando terminaba la temporada de cosechas en Irlanda para dar la bienvenida al nuevo año celta, que coincidía con el solsticio de otoño.
Y Quienes eran los celtas?
El uso del término celta para referirse a gente de Irlanda y Gran Bretaña surge en el siglo XVIII. Vivían en pueblos amurallados llamados castros. … No se puede hablar de un Estado propiamente celta, ya que cada zona tenía su líder y, siendo los celtas un pueblo guerrero como eran, siempre había rivalidades entre ellos.
Cual era la religión de los celtas?
Los celtas tenían una religión politeísta que proviene de Irlanda y Gran Bretaña. Sus dioses venían de la naturaleza como los ríos, animales o montañas. Los celtas eran naturalistas.
Como dice la palabra de Dios en Romanos 14:1
Recibid al débil en la fe, pero no para contender sobre opiniones.
No entramos en contiendas con otras personas que celebren esta festividad, sabemos que nuestra lucha no es, en contra de las personas, como hijos de Dios debemos luchar espiritualmente; pertenecemos al ejército de Dios, y en la manera que luchamos encontra de todo esto, donde abiertamente a nivel mundial celebran esta festividad a otros dioses o a demonios, ignorando muchos lo que estan haciendo; pero nosotros que tenemos el entendimiento de lo que se mueve espiritualmente, lo que hacemos es:
▪︎Confiamos en el poder de Dios, no en nuestras fuerzas, ▪︎Nos ponemos toda la armadura de Dios.
▪︎Nos basamos en el poder de la Escritura — la Palabra de Dios es la espada del Espíritu. ▪︎Oramos en perseverancia y santidad, haciendo nuestra petición a Dios.
▪︎Orando los unos por los otros.
Efesios 6:18
《orando en todo tiempo con toda oración y súplica en el Espíritu,
y velando en ello con toda perseverancia y súplica por todos los santos》.
▪︎Nos mantenemos firmes, intercediendo y en guerra espiritual.
Efesios 6:13
Porque no tenemos lucha contra sangre y carne, sino contra principados, contra potestades, contra los gobernadores de las tinieblas de este siglo, contra huestes espirituales de maldad en las regiones celestes.

Oración:
Padre Eterno! Tu quieres que caminemos en luz y no en tinieblas, que seamos sabios y entendidos en esta tierra para no desobedecer tus mandatos; tu palabra dice “Mi pueblo perece por falta de conocimiento” por eso abre el entendimiento y derrama sabiduría sobre este pueblo, que puedan identificar que Halloween no es una fiesta inofensiva; y es allí donde el enemigo trae muerte y destrucción sobre la humanidad. Por eso te pedimos protección para las familias y especialmente para nuestros niños, declaramos tu “Sangre Poderosa”, que nos cubre ante toda acechanza del maligno y declaramos que tu gracia es mayor sobre esta tierra y muchos conocen que tu eres la verdad y se rinden a tus pies nuestro Rey de Reyes, en el nombre de Jesús, Amen!

When you enter the land that the Lord your God is giving you, be very careful not to imitate the detestable customs of the nations that live there. For example, never sacrifice your son or daughter as a burnt offering. Nor do you allow the people to practice divination, or witchcraft, or to interpret omens, or to mix in witchcraft, or to make spells; do not allow someone to act as a medium or seer, or to invoke the spirit of the dead. Anyone who practices these things is detestable in the eyes of the Lord. Precisely because other nations did such detestable things, the Lord your God will drive them out of your way. However, you must be blameless before the Lord your God. The nations you are about to displace consult fortune-tellers and sorcerers, but the Lord your God forbids you to do such things.

So before giving our opinion to all this; We must meditate what the Bible says, according to the previous verse of Deuteronomy 18, about festivals of this nature and investigate what the history says about how this celebration began.

Don’t say something is wrong just because it seems so. Before affirming something, you must be sure that it is.

We do not enter into conflicts with other people who celebrate this holiday, we know that our fight is not, against people, as children of God we must fight spiritually; We belong to the army of God, and in the way we fight against all this, where openly worldwide celebrate this holiday to other gods or demons, many ignoring what they are doing; but we who have the understanding of what moves spiritually, what we do is:
▪︎We trust in the power of God, not in our strength,
▪︎We put on the whole armor of God.
▪︎We draw on the power of Scripture – God’s Word is the sword of the Spirit.
▪︎We pray in perseverance and holiness, making our request to God.
▪︎Praying for each other.
Ephesians 6:18
《Praying at all times with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit,
and watching over it with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints》.
▪︎We stand firm, interceding and in spiritual warfare.
Ephesians 6:13
Because we do not fight against blood and flesh, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly regions.

▪︎Have you received the Lord in your heart but you don’t understand anything about the spiritual realm?
▪︎Do you want to be a warrior of the Army of God, but you don’t know how to be part of this army?
Prayer:
Eternal father! You want us to walk in light and not in darkness, that we be wise and understood on this earth so as not to disobey your commands; Your word says “My people perish for lack of knowledge” that is why it opens the understanding and spills wisdom on this people, that they can identify that Halloween is not a harmless holiday; and it is there that the enemy brings death and destruction upon humanity. That is why we ask You for protection for families and especially for our children, we declare Your “Mighty Blood”, which covers us in the face of every threat of the evil one and we declare that Your grace is greater on this earth and many know that You are the truth and surrender at Your feet our King of Kings, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
