– Hechos 27:23-25
Porque esta noche ha estado conmigo el ángel del Dios de quien soy y a quien sirvo, diciendo: Pablo, no temas; es necesario que comparezcas ante César; y he aquí, Dios te ha concedido todos los que navegan contigo.
Por tanto, oh varones, tened buen ánimo; porque yo confío en Dios que será así como se me ha dicho.
El Apóstol Pablo, no sabía ni tenía ningún conocimiento del mar, ni de embarcaciones, porque él era rabino, él solo sabía y conocía de la palabra de Dios. Pero en este caso él tenía la verdad y él les profetizó antes de salir a un viaje
– Hechos 27:10
diciéndoles: Varones, veo que la navegación va a ser con perjuicio y mucha pérdida, no sólo del cargamento y de la nave, sino también de nuestras personas.
Ahora bien… ¿Qué es profetizar?
Profetizar es: Anunciar una cosa que ha de suceder por inspiración sobrenatural.
Dios siempre nos dará una palabra que nos enseña y no muestra que es lo que sucederá en el futuro, y cuándo sabemos entender y recibir esa palabra, entonces podremos pasar esa tormenta y podremos estar mejor de lo que estábamos.
Muchas veces pueda que estemos pasando por una gran tormenta en nuestra vida, en nuestra familia, o aún en nuestro empleo, como en la tormenta donde se encontraba el Apóstol Pablo.
Y a veces hasta llegamos a creer que Dios no está con nosotros, o que a causa de la tormenta ya todo está perdido. Así como creían los tripulantes que iban con Pablo, pero Pablo, los exhortaba a tener ánimo y a confiar en Dios; luego de que él mismo había sido usado por Dios para decir cuáles serían los problemas que tendrían a causa de la tormenta:

Pero ahora os exhorto a tener buen ánimo, pues no habrá ninguna pérdida de vida entre vosotros, sino solamente de la nave.
Aun cuando Pablo tampoco tenía esperanza, siempre mantuvo la calma en medio de la gran tormenta, porque Dios le había enviado su Ángel, para decirle que confiara en Dios, y su poder.
Dios no quiere que solamente salgamos sobreviviendo de la tormenta, sino que también salgamos victoriosos de ella, porque cuando tú entras a una tormenta Dios quiere que salgas mejor de como entraste a ella.
No importa cuál sea la tormenta que estás viviendo ahora mismo, tal vez sea una relación, en tu matrimonio, en tu casa o si es la muerte de un familiar por la tormenta que está viviendo todo el mundo, (COVID-19)… solo tienes que confiar que Dios está contigo, que él está al control de todo, y que su propósito es que cada vez que entres a una tormenta salgas con un conocimiento de cómo el Poder y la Gloria de Dios se manifiestan en tu vida como nunca antes lo habías vivido, porque Dios nunca va a permitir que tú te ahogues porque Él siempre estará contigo.
Si estás viviendo una tormenta, profetiza y declara la Victoria porque Dios ya te la dio en la cruz, por lo tanto, no te desanimes, solo cree en Dios y estarás seguro
– Isaías 43:2
Cuando pases por las aguas, yo estaré contigo; y si por los ríos, no te anegarán. Cuando pases por el fuego, no te quemarás, ni la llama arderá en ti.
Oración:
Gracias Señor porque puedo caminar confiada en ti y establecer tu victoria de la cruz en mi vida, llena mi boca de tu palabra de poder, fluye en mi Espíritu Santo, toma el señorío de mi ser, quiero ser punta de lanza, apropiarme de todas tus promesas y arrebatar lo que me pertenece. En el nombre de Jesús.

Prophesying in the Storm
– Acts 27:23-25
Last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve stood beside me and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar; and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’ So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me.
The Apostle Paul did not have any knowledge of the sea, nor of boats, because he was a rabbi, he only knew of the word of God. But in this case, he had the truth and he prophesied to them before going on a voyage.
– Acts 27:10
“Men, I can see that our voyage is going to be disastrous and bring great loss to ship and cargo, and to our own lives also.”
Now… what is prophesy?
To prophesy is: To announce one thing that is to happen by supernatural inspiration.
God will always give us a word that teaches us and does not show what will happen in the future, and when we know how to understand and receive that word, then we can pass that storm and we can be better than we were.
Many times we may be going through a great storm in our lives, with our families, or even in our employment, as in the storm where the Apostle Paul was.
And sometimes we even come to believe that God is not with us, or that because of the storm everything is already lost. Just as the crew members who went with Paul believed, but Paul exhorted them to be encouraged and trust in God; after he himself had been used by God to say what problems they would have because of the storm:
– Acts 27:22
But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed.
Even though Paul had no hope, he always kept his calm in the midst of the great storm, because God had sent him his Angel, to tell him to trust in God, and in his power.
God does not want us to only come out of the storm, but also to emerge victorious from it, because when you enter a storm God wants you to come out better than how you entered it.
No matter what storm you’re living in right now, maybe it’s a relationship, in your marriage, at home, or whether it’s the death of a family member by the storm that everyone is experiencing, (COVID-19)… you just have to trust that God is with you, that he is in control of everything, and that his purpose is that every time you enter a storm you come out with a knowledge of how the Power and Glory of God manifest themselves in your life like you’ve never lived before, God will never allow you to drown because He will always be with you.
If you are living a storm, prophesy and declare Victory because God already gave it to you on the cross, so do not be discouraged, just believe in God and you will be safe
– Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Prayer:
Thank you Lord because I can walk confidently in you and establish your victory of the cross in my life, fill my mouth with your word of power, flow in the Holy Spirit, take the lordship of my being, I want to be a spearhead, to appropriate all your promises and to take back what belongs to me.
