SALMOS 85:8
La fuerza y la vitalidad de las relaciones se construyen a través de la comunicación. Esto es especialmente cierto cuando consideramos cómo te relacionas con Dios. Si no le hablas ni escuchas lo que te dice, te pierdes muchas cosas, incluso el gozo de una estrecha comunión con Él. Por eso la oración es tan esencial. Es una conversación con el Señor en la que te abres a Él y llegas a conocerlo, lo que normalmente conduce a la alabanza y a la acción de gracias. En el proceso, Dios te habla a través de su Palabra, por el Espíritu Santo y por medio de tus circunstancias, haciéndote saber cuán grande es su amor y su plan para ti.
La oración nunca fue concebida como una responsabilidad onerosa. Al contrario, es el inmenso honor y privilegio de interactuar con el Creador y sustentador de todo lo que existe. Él es todopoderoso y omnisciente, por lo que quiere protegerte, sanarte, guiarte, enseñarte y ayudarte a tener éxito. No hay nada a lo que puedas enfrentarte que Él no pueda tratar. Y siempre te invita a su presencia amorosa para recordarte su consuelo, su ayuda, su sabiduría y su aliento. Entonces, ¿por qué no querrías disfrutar de pasar tiempo con Él? Acércate a Dios. Es hora de hablar.

PSALM 85:8
The strength and vitality of relationship are built through communication. This is especially true when considering how you relate to God. If you don’t talk to Him and listen to what He Is saying to you, you miss out on so much, including the joy of close fellowship with Him. That’s why prayer is so essential. It is a con- versation with the Lord in which you open yourself to Him and get to know Him in return which usually leads to praise and thanksgiving. In the process, God speaks to you through His Word, by the Holy Spirit, and through your circumstances—letting you know how great His love and plan for you truly are.
Prayer was never meant to be a burdensome responsibility. On the contrary it is the immense honor and privilege of interacting with the Creator and Sustainer of everything in existence. He is all-powerful and all-knowing, and He wants You may be struggling with whether God still accepts you after your failures He absolutely does. Not only does He bring you restoration, comfort, and healing, but He will also challenge you to advance in faith by giving you a ministry to accom- plish. Do you love Him? Then, like Peter after the resurrection, don’t be afraid. Be courageous in your love for Jesus by repenting and serving His people.
Prayer:
Jesus, I do love You and will obey You. Show me how to serve Your people.
