Juan 14:17-20
el Espíritu de verdad, al cual el mundo no puede recibir, porque no le ve, ni le conoce; pero vosotros le conocéis, porque mora con vosotros, y estará en vosotros. No os dejaré huérfanos; vendré a vosotros. Todavía un poco, y el mundo no me verá más; pero vosotros me veréis; porque yo vivo, vosotros también viviréis. En aquel día vosotros conoceréis que yo estoy en mi Padre, y vosotros en mí, y yo en vosotros.
El Señor consuela a sus discípulos porque ya hiba a partir con estas palabras, el sabía que sería difícil para ellos su partida, por eso les promete que no estarían solos, esa misma promesa que el hizo para sus apóstoles, todavía está vigente para nosotros.
A través del Espíritu Santo podemos vivir confiados de que somos parte de una generación apartada para el Señor que aunque estemos aquí en la tierra, podremos tener una experiencia diariamente y continua en nuestras vidas con Él a través del Espíritu Santo.
1. Te enseña a conocer cada día más a Jesús y su amor por el cual ganaste tu la salvación y una relación directa, personal e incomparable con Dios. Ya que salvación y tu relación son personal tuya con Dios, no dependen de nadie, solo de ti.
Juan 15:26
Pero cuando venga el Consolador, a quien yo os enviaré del Padre, el Espíritu de verdad, el cual procede del Padre, él dará testimonio acerca de mi.
2. El nos da revelación de la palabra de nuestro Padre y a reconocer que en Jesús tenemos autoridad para vivir victoriosamente.
3. Trabaja de adentro hacia afuera en conjunto con la palabra del Señor contruyendo nuestro carácter en un crecimiento continuó y efectivo.
Hebreos 4:12
Porque la palabra de Dios es viva y eficaz, y más cortante que toda espada de dos filos; y penetra hasta partir el alma y el espíritu, las coyunturas y los tuétanos, y discierne los pensamientos y las intenciones del corazón.
4. El hace que todas las cosas que nos suceden obren para bien.
Romanos 8:28
Y sabemos que a los que aman a Dios, todas las cosas les ayudan a bien, esto es, a los que conforme a su propósito son llamados.
5. Y nos lleva al cumplimiento de nuestro propósito.
Zacarias 4:6
“……. No con ejército, ni con fuerza, sino con mi Espíritu, ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos”.
Salmo 138:8
“Jehová cumplirá su propósito en mí; Tu misericordia, oh Jehová, es para siempre…”.
Oración:
Bendito Padre! Gracias por el regalo más precioso que nos has podido dar, tu Santo Espíritu que nos guía hacia ti, nuestro Salvador, nos revela tu Corazón, nos transforma cada dia, Él aviva el fuego de tu amor en nosotros, nuestro amigo y consejero, nuestro ayudador; Ven y llenamos más y más de ti Santo Espíritu de Dios, llévanos hacia el lugar Santísimo, ven y trae el derramar del vino nuevo sobre la faz de la tierra como nunca antes ha sucedido, ven porque no es en nuestras fuerzas si no por tu glorioso poder en el nombre de Jesús. ¡Amén!
Our Life Expectancy
John 14: 17-20
the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him; but you know him, because he dwells with you, and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. Still a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you will see me; because I live, you will also live. On that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.
The Lord consoles his disciples because he was already starting with these words, he knew that their departure would be difficult for them, that is why he promises them that they would not be alone, that same promise that he made for his apostles, is still valid for us.
Through the Holy Spirit we can live confident that we are part of a generation set apart for the Lord that even though we are here on earth, we can have a daily and continuous experience in our lives with Him through the Holy Spirit.
1. It teaches you to know Jesus more every day and his love by which you earned your salvation and a direct, personal and incomparable relationship with God. Since salvation and your relationship are your personal with God, they do not depend on anyone, only you.
John 15:26
But when the Comforter comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.
2. He he gives us revelation of the word of our Father and to recognize that in Jesus we have the authority to live victoriously.
3. He works from the inside out in conjunction with the word of the Lord building our character into continued and effective growth.
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is alive and effective, and sharper than any two-edged sword; and penetrates the soul and the spirit, the joints and the marrow, and discerns the thoughts and the intentions of the heart.
4. He makes all the things that happen to us work for good.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, that is, those who are called according to his purpose.
5. And he leads us to the fulfillment of our purpose.
Zechariah 4: 6
“……. Not by army, nor by force, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.”
Psalm 138: 8
“Jehovah will fulfill his purpose in me; Your mercy, O Jehovah, is forever …”.
Prayer:
Blessed Father! Thank you for the most precious gift that you have been able to give us, your Holy Spirit who guides us to you, our Savior, reveals your Heart to us, transforms us every day, He fans the fire of your love in us, our friend and counselor, our helper; Come and fill more and more with you Holy Spirit of God, take us to the Holy of Holies, come and bring the spilling of new wine on the face of the earth as it has never happened before, come because it is not in our strength if not by your glorious power in the name of Jesus. Amen!
