Salmos 20:7
Estos confían en sus carros de guerra, aquellos confían en sus corceles, pero nosotros confiamos en el nombre del Señor nuestro Dios.
Vivimos en un tiempo en el que el mundo define a las personas por lo que tienen y no por lo que son. Puede parecer algo de nuestra época, pero antiguamente las cosas también eran así.
Tener posesiones y poder financiero ha sido siempre algo perseguido por muchas personas. Infelizmente, muchos que consiguen tener una situación financiera estable acaban depositando su confianza en las propias posesiones lo cual los hace vulnerables a todas las cosas. Todo en la vida pasa menos la Palabra de Dios.
– Mateo 24:35
El cielo y la tierra pasarán, pero mis palabras no pasarán.Hay cosas que el dinero no puede comprar:
• Nuestra intimidad con Dios.
• El poder del Espíritu Santo.
• Nuestra salvación en Cristo Jesús.
Esos tres factores son esenciales para la vida de cualquier ser humano, sea rico o sea pobre.
¡Tenemos acceso a todo esto de forma gratuita y por la gracia de Dios!
Cuando depositamos nuestra fe en las cosas, la depositamos en el sistema de este mundo, que cambia constantemente. Mas cuando depositamos nuestra fe en Dios, lo imposible es una posibilidad. Las cosas materiales no tienen dominio sobre nosotros y vivimos con mayor libertad pues sabemos dónde hemos depositado nuestra fe.
– Romanos 5:1
Justificados, pues, por la fe, tenemos paz para con Dios por medio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo;
• Confía en Dios, no en las cosas.
• Solo Dios nos trae seguridad en medio de la inestabilidad de este mundo. Lee la Biblia y busca conocer más sobre el poder de Dios.
• Confiar en Dios es un acto de fe, tal y como las personas depositan su fe en el empleo y en su condición social. Deposita tu fe en Dios que es Fiel y Justo.
• Debes caminar por la fe.
– 2 Corintios 5:7
(porque por fe andamos, no por vista);
Está claro que sufriremos tribulaciones en la vida, pero con Dios tu fe está fundamentada en la roca que es Jesús.
– Juan 16:33
Estas cosas os he hablado para que en mí tengáis paz. En el mundo tendréis aflicción; pero confiad, yo he vencido al mundo.
Ora, lucha en oración y la tempestad pasará. Si has perdido algo, Dios es capaz de suplir para todos los que confían en él.
– Filipenses 4:19
Mi Dios, pues, suplirá todo lo que os falta conforme a sus riquezas en gloria en Cristo Jesús.
Después de la experiencia que hemos tenido a nivel mundial por causa de la pandemia, ya no deberíamos tener duda que no hay nada, ni nadie en este mundo en que podamos poner nuestra confianza.
Oración:
Señor Jesús, quiero agradecerte por todas las cosas que has colocado en mi vida. Muchas gracias por sustentarme y cuidar de mí. A pesar de todo lo que tengo, mi confianza está en ti. Amén.
We Trust in God
Psalms 20:7
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
We live in a time when the world defines people by what they have and not for what they are. It may seem like something from our time, but in the old days things were like that, too.
Having possessions and financial power has always been something sought after by many people. Unfortunately, many who manage to have a stable financial situation end up putting their trust in their own possessions, which makes them vulnerable to all things. Everything in life passes except the Word of God.
– Matthew 24:35
Heaven and earth will pass, but my words will not pass.
There are things money can’t buy:
• Our intimacy with God.
• The power of the Holy Ghost.
• Our salvation in Christ Jesus.
These three factors are essential to the life of any human being, whether rich or poor.
We have access to all this for free and by the grace of God!
When we place our faith in things, we place it in the system of this constantly changing world. But when we place our faith in God, the impossible is a possibility. Material things have no dominion over us and we live with greater freedom because we know where we have placed our faith.
– Romans 5:1
Justified, therefore, by faith, we have peace for God through our Lord Jesus Christ;
• Trust in God, not things.
• Only God brings us security in the midst of the instability of this world. Read the Bible and seek to learn more about the power of God.
• Trusting in God is an act of faith, just as people place their faith in employment and social status. Place your faith in God who is Faithful and Righteous.
• You must walk by faith.
– 2 Corinthians 5:7
(because by faith we walk, not by sight);
It is clear that we will suffer tribulations in life, but with God your faith is grounded on the rock that is Jesus.
– John 16:33
I have spoken to you these things so that you may have peace in me. In the world you will have affliction; But trust me, I have defeated the world.
Pray, fight in prayer and the storm will pass. If you have lost something, God is able to supply for all who trust him.
– Philippians 4:19
My God will therefore supplement all that you lack according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
After the experience we have had globally because of the pandemic, we should no longer have doubt that there is nothing, and nothing in this world that we can put our trust in.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I want to thank you for all the things you have placed in my life. Thank you so much for supporting me and taking care of me. Despite everything I have, my trust is in you. Amen.
