“Dios ha entregado en sus manos a los madianitas con todo el campamento”.
Gedeón entendía el miedo y la desesperanza, aún estando acompañado de un ejército muy pequeño, Dios lo llamó para que derrotara a las numerosas y poderosas tropas madianitas. La tarea parecía absolutamente imposible y condenada al fracaso. Entonces el Señor le dio una noticia todavía más alarmante a Gedeón: su pequeño e insignificante grupo de soldados sería reducido aún más.
¿Por qué?… Para darle más gloria a Dios cuando el diminuto ejército de israelitas obtuviera la victoria sobre las vastas legiones de madianitas.
¿Alguna vez se ha visto frente a un reto como éste, donde sus escasos medios fueron reducidos incluso más y su único recurso era confiar en el Padre celestial?
Anímese, mientras más imposibles parezcan sus circunstancias, más gloria recibirá Dios cuando su situación sea rectificada. Por eso, cuando las condiciones se vuelvan más insoportables y las probabilidades se eleven contra usted, no se desaliente. El Señor fielmente le dio la victoria a Gedeón y también se la dará a usted. Confíe en Él y obsérvelo triunfar
Oración:
Eterno Dios, hoy te doy gracias porque a pesar de las condiciones adversas en las que pueda encontrarme, sé que mi esperanza y mi oportuno socorro eres tú mi Dios, esto me hace vivir confiado, aún en el día del mal, sabiendo que tú cuidas mí bajo la sombra de tus alas… por lo tanto no temeré mal alguno, en el nombre de Jesús, amén!

“God has given the Midianites with the entire camp into his hands.”
Gideon understood fear and hopelessness, even though he was accompanied by a very small army, God called him to defeat the numerous and powerful Midianite troops. The task seemed absolutely impossible and doomed to fail. Then the Lord delivered even more alarming news to Gideon: His small and insignificant group of soldiers would be further reduced.
Why? … To give God more glory when the tiny army of Israelites won victory over the vast legions of Midianites.
Have you ever faced a challenge like this, where your meager means were reduced even more and your only recourse was to trust your heavenly Father?
Take heart, the more impossible his circumstances seem, the more glory God will receive when his situation is rectified. So when conditions become more unbearable and the odds rise against you, don’t be discouraged. The Lord faithfully gave the victory to Gideon and He will also give it to you. Trust Him and Watch Him Succeed
Prayer:
Eternal God, today I thank you because despite the adverse conditions in which I may find myself, I know that my hope and my opportune help is you my God, this makes me live confidently, even in the day of evil, knowing that you care me under the shadow of your wings … therefore I will fear no evil, in the name of Jesus, amen!
