Es fascinante la riqueza que poseemos en la Palabra de Dios. Nos permite tener una mayor claridad de quiénes somos y quién es nuestro Dios. Recibimos su mensaje recordándonos que, aún cuando somos débiles, podemos confiar en su poder y confesar que en Él somos fuertes. “Por lo cual, por amor a Cristo me gozo en las debilidades, en afrentas, en necesidades, en persecuciones, en angustias; porque cuando soy débil, entonces soy fuerte.” 2 Cor. 12:10
Por nuestra humana naturaleza, enfrentamos las circunstancias de la vida de diferentes maneras. Es por eso que, para algunos, es más fácil enfrentar las vicisitudes de la vida que para otros. Ocurre lo mismo cuando hablamos de las fuerzas físicas. No hay duda de que un levantador de pesas pasará menos trabajo levantando algo pesado que aquel que apenas puede doblarse para tratar de moverlo.
El cristiano, no importa cómo se diferencie de los demás, siempre tendrá a su disposición el caudal de fuerzas que emanan del poder de Dios. Lo importante es que reconozcamos que siempre y de continuo necesitamos su poder. Tener la conciencia de que su poder nos capacita para vivir, no importa cuáles sean las circunstancias, nos da paz.
El Majestuoso, el Todopoderoso, el que todo lo llena en todo, el grande y temible, quien sustenta todas las cosas con la palabra de su poder, es nuestro Padre. ¿No es glorioso? ¿No es maravilloso sabernos en los brazos amantes de nuestro Dios?
Tal vez, te miras a ti mismo/a y percibas que no eres tan fuerte como creías. Las situaciones que enfrentas han socavado tus fuerzas y te sientes en la necesidad de ser fortalecido/a.
Es bueno que hoy dirijas al cielo tu mirada y, en un acto de humildad y de fe, le pidas al Señor que renueve tus fuerzas, que vivifique tu alma y que fortalezca tu fe. El poder de nuestro Dios se perfecciona en nuestra debilidad. Es bueno que vayamos a Él. Jesús nos hizo una hermosa promesa cuando dijo: “Venid a mí todos los que estáis trabajados y cargados, y yo os haré descansar.” (Mt. 11:28)
Y si el escenario en el que te encuentras ha menguado tus ganas de luchar, recibe la palabra de Dios en tu vida que te dice: “No temas, porque yo estoy contigo; no desmayes, porque yo soy tu Dios que te esfuerzo; siempre te ayudaré, siempre te sustentaré con la diestra de mi justicia.” (Is. 41:10) Te invito a que le creas al Señor, recuerda, “El da esfuerzo al cansado, y multiplica las fuerzas al que no tiene ningunas.”
“En cambio, los que confían en el Señor encontrarán nuevas fuerzas”. Isaias 40:29, 31
Oración:
Padre Santo cuando somos débiles, tu nos haces fuertes por tu poder, hemos peleado cada batalla en nuestras fuerzas y nos hemos cansado, estamos heridos sin fuerzas para continuar; por eso clamamos ante ti poderoso Rey, fortalecenos para poder continuar, en el nombre de Jesús, ¡Amén!
It Is Not in Your Forces
It is fascinating the richness we possess in the Word of God. It allows us to have greater clarity about who we are and who our God is. We receive His message reminding us that even when we are weak, we can trust His power and confess that we are strong in Him. “Therefore, out of love for Christ, I rejoice in weaknesses, in affronts, in needs, in persecutions, in anguish; because when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Cor. 12:10
By our human nature, we face the circumstances of life in different ways. That is why, for some, it is easier to face the vicissitudes of life than for others. It is the same when we talk about physical forces. There is no doubt that a weight lifter will spend less work lifting something heavy than the one that can barely bend to try to move it.
The Christian, no matter how he differs from others, will always have at his disposal the flow of forces emanating from the power of God. The important thing is that we recognize that we always and continually need your power. To be aware that His power enables us to live, no matter what the circumstances, gives us peace.
The majestic, the Almighty, the one who fills everything in everything, the great and fearful, who sustains all things with the word of his power, is our Father. Isn’t it glorious? Isn’t it wonderful to know each other in the loving arms of our God?
Maybe, you look at yourself and perceive that you are not as strong as you thought. The situations you face have undermined your forces and you feel in need of being strengthened
It is good that today you turn your gaze to heaven and, in an act of humility and faith, ask the Lord to renew your strength, to liven up your soul and to strengthen your faith. The power of our God is perfected in our weakness. It is good that we go to him. Jesus made us a beautiful promise when he said, “Come to me all who are worked and burdened, and I will make you rest.” (Matt. 11:28)
And if the stage in which you find yourself has diminished your desire to fight, receive the word of God in your life that says to you: “Do not fear, because I am with you; do not faint, because I am your God who strives you; I will always help you, I will always support you with the right hand of my righteousness.” (Isa. 41:10) I invite you to believe the Lord, remember, “He gives effort to the weary, and multiplies the strength to the one who has none.”
“On the other hand, those who trust the Lord will find new strength.” Isaiah 40:29, 31
Prayer:
Holy Father when we are weak, You make us strong for Your power, we have fought every battle in our strength and we have become tired, we are wounded without strength to continue; That is why we cry before You Mighty King, strengthen us so that we can continue, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
