“Pues la voluntad de Dios es vuestra santificación; que os apartéis de fornicación”
1 Tesalonicenses 4:3
Eres “santificada”, y por eso debes evitar cualquier forma de inmoralidad sexual, esta es una virtud que debes cuidar y atesorar. Mira a tu cuerpo como un tesoro que no debes compartir con cualquiera.
Debes vivir una vida pura porque fuiste santificada al intercambiar tus pecados por la justicia de Cristo en la cruz y somos hechos nuevas criaturas. La Santificación es acercarte a Cristo Jesús, y es una evidencia de tu salvación.
Apartarte de la fornicación es esperar al matrimonio para tener relaciones sexuales. La sexualidad debe tratarse como algo especial que solo deberá ser valorada entre dos personas enamoradas dentro del matrimonio.
Oración:
Ayúdame Señor a cuidar mi pureza y evitar toda tentación, ayúdame a acercarme más a ti, a amar y ser amada con un amor puro.

‘It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality’
1 Thessalonians 4:3
You are ‘sanctified,’ and therefore you should avoid any form of sexual immorality. This is a virtue that you should care for and cherish. View your body as a treasure that should not be shared with just anyone.
You should live a pure life because you were sanctified when you exchanged your sins for the righteousness of Christ on the cross, and we are made new creatures. Sanctification is drawing closer to Christ Jesus and is evidence of your salvation.
To abstain from fornication is to wait until marriage to have sexual relations. Sexuality should be treated as something special that should only be valued between two people in love within marriage.
Prayer:
Help me, Lord, to guard my purity and avoid all temptation, help me to draw closer to You, to love and be loved with pure love.
Reflection:
You are ‘sanctified’ and should care for and cherish your body.
