2 Corintios 5:17
De modo que si alguno está en Cristo, nueva criatura es; las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí todas son hechas nuevas.
Usualmente nos acostumbramos a vivir cada día de una manera habitual, tenemos una rutina desde que nos despertamos, hasta que volvemos a nuestra habitación a dormir; desafortunadamente no solo lo hacemos en nuestro diario vivir, sino en todo lo que forma parte de nuestra vida y de alguna manera inclusive con nuestro pasado, tratamos de tomar los fragmentos de situaciones que ya vivimos y los traemos al presenté, como por ejemplo queremos relacionar, comparar o encasillar a una relación del presente de acuerdo a las relaciónes amorosas pasadas.
De la misma manera creemos que Dios va a actuar como lo hizo antes, y esperamos que en el presente suceda, lo mismo del pasado; esto es imposible, porque Él es un Dios creador y él hace siempre todo nuevo.
Dios es claro en su palabra en
Isaias 43:18
No recordéis las cosas anteriores ni consideréis las cosas del pasado.
Nuestra meta debe ser Él, ¡Jesús!
Filipenses 3:13
Hermanos, yo mismo no pretendo haberlo ya alcanzado; pero una cosa hago: olvidando ciertamente lo que queda atrás, y extendiéndome a lo que está delante.
Nuestra continua busqueda debe estar basada en hacer su voluntad, sin tener apegos por nada, ni por nadie porque fácilmente podriamos entrar en idolatrizar, o poner alguien o algo primero que a Dios.
¡O peor!, si te es revelada la voluntad de Dios, se te hace difícil cambiar tu manera de vivir, por que prefieres lo que tienes, como la popularidad, el placer, o la prosperidad y apego a las cosas materiales.
Sin tener una verdadera convicción en el corazón, se te va a ser difícil hacer cambios.
Algunas veces si recordamos algo del pasado, lo más aconsejable es mirarlo en la perspectiva de como Dios lo hizo:
“Viendo su fidelidad y amor por nosotros”.
A pesar de todas las circunstancias buenas o no tan buenas que hayas vivido, Dios estuvo ahi presente, glorificandose en todo.
Pero muchas veces queremos hacer lo que es más fácil, trayendo al presente, lo que se destruyó en el pasado, tomamos los fragmentos, los queremos pegar y continuar la vida asi.
Romanos 8:28
“Y sabemos que para los que aman a Dios, todas las cosas cooperan para bien, esto es, para los que son llamados conforme a su propósito”.
Si todo obra para bien, hasta lo malo obra para bien para nosotros, podria ser que algún area que fue dañada en nuestra vida, ya las cosas no son igual, no miremos hacia atrás, si no que busquemos en la presencia de Dios, que es lo nuevo, que Él tiene para nosotros. Creyendo que lo mejor esta por venir, sin preocuparnos por nada, reconociendo que Dios es fiel, nos ama y nos quiere bendecir.
Preguntar para concluir:
– ¿Te sientes comforme como estas viviendo, te da miedo cambiar tu vida?
-¿Te gustaría tratar lo nuevo que Dios tiene para ti y hacer su voluntad?
Oración:
¡Padre Celestial! Tu eres Dios creador, todo lo haces nuevo y quieres que como tus hijos avancemos dejando atrás todo lo viejo, lo que nos hace daño y es obstáculo a nuestro caminar contigo por eso Dios nuestro desvanece las barreras, destruye toda limitación, derriba las fortalezas en nuestras mentes y corazones que nos estancan y no nos deja recibir mas de ti; hoy tomamos lo nuevo lo prometido, tus bendiciones, tu unción y fortaleza en el nombre de Jesús ¡Amén!

2 Corinthians 5:17
So if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things passed away; behold, they are all made new.
We usually get used to living each day in a habitual way, we have a routine from the moment we wake up, until we go back to our room to sleep; Unfortunately we not only do it in our daily lives, but in everything that is part of our life and in some way even with our past, we try to take the fragments of situations that we already live and bring them to the present, as for example we want to relate, compare or pigeonhole a present relationship according to past love relationships.
In the same way we believe that God will act as he did before, and we hope that in the present it will happen, the same in the past; This is impossible, because He is a creator God and He always makes everything new.
God is clear in His word in
Isaiah 43:18
Do not remember the former things or consider the things of the past.
Our goal must be He, Jesus!
Philippians 3:13
Brethren, I myself do not claim to have already achieved it; but I do one thing: certainly forgetting what is behind, and reaching out to what is ahead.
Our continuous search must be based on doing His will, without having attachments to anything or anyone because we could easily go into idolatry, or put someone or something before God.
Or worse! If the will of God is revealed to you, it becomes difficult for you to change your way of life, because you prefer what you have, such as popularity, pleasure, or prosperity and attachment to material things.
Without having a true conviction in your heart, it will be difficult for you to make changes.
Sometimes if we remember something from the past, it is best to look at it in the perspective of how God made it:
“Seeing His fidelity and love for us.”
Despite all the good or not so good circumstances that you have lived, God was there present, glorifying Himself in everything.
But many times we want to do what is easier, bringing to the present what was destroyed in the past, we take the fragments, we want to glue them together and continue life like this.
Romans 8:28
“And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, that is, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
If everything works for the good, even the bad for us, in some area of our life, they are no longer the same, let us not look back, but rather that we seek in the presence of God what is new, that He has for us. Believing that the best is yet to come without worrying about anything, recognizing that God is faithful, loves us and wants to bless us.
Ask to conclude:
– Do you feel comfortable how you are living, are you afraid of changing your life?
-Would you like to try the new thing that God has for you and do His will?
Prayer:
Celestial Father! You are the creator God, You make everything new and You want us to move forward as Your children, leaving behind everything old, what hurts us and is an obstacle to our walk with You, that is why God of ours dispels the barriers, destroys all limitations, demolishes the strengths in our minds and hearts that stagnate us and won’t let us receive more from You; Today we take the new what was promised, Your blessings, Your anointing and strength in the name of Jesus. Amen!
