Romanos 12:1–2
Por lo tanto, amados hermanos, les ruego que entreguen su cuerpo a Dios por todo lo que él ha hecho a favor de ustedes. Que sea un sacrificio vivo y santo, la clase de sacrificio que a él le agrada. Esa es la verdadera forma de adorarlo. No imiten las conductas ni las costumbres de este mundo, más bien dejen que Dios los transforme en personas nuevas al cambiarles la manera de pensar. Entonces aprenderán a conocer la voluntad de Dios para ustedes, la cual es buena, agradable y perfecta.
En estos versiculos podemos ver como el Apóstol Pablo, anhela que todos nos acerquemos a Dios, a tener una verdadera relación con Él, ya que esa fue la primordial voluntad de Dios al crearnos, siendo su primer mandamiento para nosotros en
Deuteronomio 6:5
Ama al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, con toda tu alma y con todas tus fuerzas.
Y a través de Jesús con el poder del Espíritu Santo, cada uno de nosotros podemos desarrollar una preciosa relación con Dios, sin tener intermediarios.
¿Que es sacrificio vivo?
Anteriormente antes que viniera Jesús, llevaban animales que entregaban al sacedote como sacrificio; estos animales debian ser sacrificados y asi era la forma en que los pecados eran perdonados.
Ahora solo a través del sacrificio que hizo el Señor Jesús en la cruz, nosotros ya no tenemos que ir a un sacerdote, ni ningún animal morir por nuestros pecados, sino que libremente con un corazón sincero y arrepentido ante Dios nos presentamos en oración y somos perdonados, este es el sacrificio vivo que dediques tiempo para Dios con el anhelo de tener una relación personal con Él.
Que al despertarte y abrir tus ojos pienses y digas, gracias Dios porque guardaste mis sueños y darme un nuevo dia de vida.
Y que agradezcas el poder leer este devocional y “Su Palabra: porque Él te ha dado inteligencia y de tu Santo Espíritu para poder entenderla.
Que en la noche puedas estar también agradecido por todo lo que Él te proveyó y por todo lo que pudiste hacer y lograr.
Poco a poco esa relación con Su Santo Espíritu te llevara a adorarlo con todo tu corazón ❤, y podras obedecerle sin que te cueste tanto y te llevara siempre en el conocimiento de Su Voluntad.
Dios te hará conocer Su Voluntad de diferentes maneras, siendo la más importante, “Su Palabra”.
Pero tambien lo hace de diferentes maneras como lo hizo con el Profeta Elias cuando tuvo miedo y se escondió en una cueva.
1 Reyes 19:11-13
Él le dijo: Sal fuera, y ponte en el monte delante de Jehová. Y he aquí Jehová que pasaba, y un grande y poderoso viento que rompía los montes, y quebraba las peñas delante de Jehová; pero Jehová no estaba en el viento. Y tras el viento un terremoto; pero Jehová no estaba en el terremoto. Y tras el terremoto un fuego; pero Jehová no estaba en el fuego. Y tras el fuego un silbo apacible y delicado. Y cuando lo oyó Elías, cubrió su rostro con su manto, y salió, y se puso a la puerta de la cueva. Y he aquí vino a él una voz, diciendo: ¿Qué haces aquí, Elías?
Dios se reveló al Profeta por un silbo apacible, delicado y le dio a conocer Su Voluntad.
Aunque Él es Dios Todopoderoso, el anhela manifestar siempre su amor a nosotros para guiarnos por el camino de bendición.
Siendo su mayor manifestación de amor 《Jesús》.
Juan 3;16
Porque de tal manera amó Dios al mundo, que ha dado a su Hijo unigénito, para que todo aquel que en él cree, no se pierda, mas tenga vida eterna.
Preguntas para concluir:
▪︎¿No has podido desarrollar la relación en oración con Dios, te duermes o crees que no tienes tiempo para hacerlo, ya que tienes muchas responsabilidades y ocupaciones cada dia?
▪︎¿Anhelas empezar a tener una relación con Dios, pero cada vez, que empiezas a hacerlo algo malo sucede?
Oración:
Padre bueno! Queremos alabarte y hacer tu voluntad, siendo sacrificio vivo y santo para ti.Tu eres nuestro alto refugio en tiempos de adversidad por eso nuestra confianza esta puesta en ti, que tu seas nuestro despertar y nuestro levantar, estar de tu mano en todo tiempo y pegados de tu corazón, en el nombre de Jesús, Amen!
God’s Will
Romans 12:1-2
Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, I beg you to surrender your body to God for all that He has done for you. Let it be a living and holy sacrifice, the kind of sacrifice He likes. That is the true way to worship Him. Do not imitate the behaviors or customs of this world, rather let God transform you into new people by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good, pleasant, and perfect.
In these verses we can see how the Apostle Paul, longs for all of us to get closer to God, to have a true relationship with Him, since that was the primary will of God when creating us, being his first commandment for us in
Deuteronomy 6:5
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength.
And through Jesus with the power of the Holy Spirit, each of us can develop a precious relationship with God, without having intermediaries.
What is a living sacrifice?
Previously, before Jesus came, they carried animals that they gave to the priest as a sacrifice; these animals had to be sacrificed and that was the way in which sins were forgiven.
Now only through the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus made on the cross, we no longer have to go to a priest, nor any animal die for our sins, but freely with a sincere and repentant heart before God we present ourselves in prayer and are Forgiven, this is the living sacrifice that you dedicate time to God with the desire to have a personal relationship with Him.
That when you wake up and open your eyes think and say, thank you God because you saved my dreams and give me a new day of life.
And that you appreciate being able to read this devotional and “His Word: because He has given you intelligence and your Holy Spirit to understand it.
May you also be grateful at night for all that He provided you and for all that you were able to do and achieve.
Little by little that relationship with His Holy Spirit will lead you to adore Him with all your heart ❤, and you will be able to obey Him without costing you so much and will always lead you to the knowledge of His Will.
God will make His Will known to you in different ways, the most important being “His Word”.
But he also does it in different ways as He did with the Prophet Elijah when he was afraid and hid in a cave.
1 Kings 19: 11-13
He said to him: Go out and stand on the mountain before the Lord. And behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and mighty wind tore apart the mountains, and broke the rocks before the LORD; but Jehovah was not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake; but Jehovah was not in the earthquake. And after the earthquake a fire; but Jehovah was not in the fire. And after the fire a still small voice. And when Elijah heard it, he covered his face with his cloak, and went out, and stood at the door of the cave. And behold, a voice came to him, saying: What are you doing here, Elias?
God revealed Himself to the Prophet by a still, delicate whistle and made His Will known to him.
Although He is Almighty God, He longs to always manifest His love for us to guide us on the path of blessing.
Being his greatest manifestation of love 《Jesus》.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish, but have eternal life.
Questions to conclude:
▪︎Have you not been able to develop your relationship in prayer with God, do you fall asleep or do you think you don’t have time to do it, since you have many responsibilities and occupations every day?
▪︎You long to start having a relationship with God, but every time you start doing it something bad happens?
Prayer:
Good Father! We want to praise You and do Your will, being a living and holy sacrifice for You. You are our high refuge in times of adversity that is why our trust is placed in You, that You be our awakening and our lifting, to be at Your hand at all times and close to Your heart, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
