La fe no es solo para héroes espirituales de gran renombre. No es una condición misteriosa de la que disfrutan los superpiadosos ni una mentalidad artificiosa que solo respalda el pensamiento positivo. En pocas palabras, la fe es confiar en que Dios es quien dice ser y que hará lo que promete en su Palabra.
Por ejemplo, Moisés no se presentó ante el faraón de Egipto en nombre del pueblo de Israel porque creyera que se desempeñaría bien para el Señor. Más bien, se presentó ante el faraón porque confiaba en que Dios le daría la capacidad para cumplir lo que se le había encomendado. De hecho, cuando lees las historias de los santos del Antiguo Testamento, descubres que muchos eran impotentes, pobres, incapaces o inexpertos cuando el Señor puso su mano sobre sus vidas. Pero se convirtieron en sus instrumentos para hacer obras poderosas cuando expresaron su confianza en el carácter santo de Dios. En otras palabras, eran personas débiles que servían al Dios todopoderoso. El énfasis siempre estaba puesto en Él.
Tú también puedes ser así. La fe es la capacidad para apoyarte en Dios ante todo lo que enfrentes. Confía en que Él existe y quiere bendecirte. Luego obedece lo que te diga que hagas.

Jesús, creo que existes y que siempre eres bueno conmigo. Ayúdame a honrarte. Amén.
True Faith
Believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. HEBREWS 11:6 NLT
Faith isn’t just for spiritual heroes of great renown. It’s not a mysterious condition that the super-godly enjoy or a contrived mindset that admits only positive thinking. Put simply, faith is trust that God is who He says He is and that He’ll do what He promises in His Word.
For example, Moses didn’t stand before the pharaoh of Egypt on behalf of the people of Israel because he believed he would perform well for the Lord. Rather, he confronted Pharaoh because he trusted God to give him the ability to accomplish what he’d been called to do. Indeed, when you read the stories of Old Testament saints, you discover that many were powerless, poor, inadequate, or unskilled when the Lord laid His hand on their lives. But they became His instruments to do mighty works as they expressed confidence in His holy character. In other words, they were weak people who served the almighty God. The emphasis was always on Him.
That’s who you can be too. Faith is the ability to lean on God with all you face. Trust that He exists and that He wants to bless you. Then obey whatever He tells you to do.

Jesus, I believe You exist and that You’re always good to me. Help me to honor You. Amen.
