La verdad es maravillosa. Jesús dijo que nos haría libres. Pero, por muy maravillosa que sea la verdad, debemos estar dispuestos a enfrentarla. La verdad a menudo nos conmociona con la realidad que no estamos preparados para ver, pero si Dios la está revelando, sabe que es el momento adecuado.
Por muy duro que sea enfrentarse a la verdad, especialmente cuando requiere que hagamos cambios en nuestras vidas, siempre es mejor que evitarla. Estará tan contento de vivir en la libertad y las recompensas que conlleva.
Nunca podremos llegar a donde queremos estar a menos que realmente enfrentemos el lugar donde estamos. No debemos mirar al mundo para que nos enseñe a vivir vidas sinceras y piadosas, sino a la Palabra de Dios y al Espíritu Santo. Estas son las verdaderas fuentes de verdad; verdad que nos cambiará, nos animará, nos instruirá y nos hará libres.

Truth Will Set You Free
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
(John 8:32 NKJV)
Truth is wonderful. Jesus said it will make us free. But as wonderful as truth is, we must be willing to face it. Truth often shocks us into a reality we may feel unprepared to see, but if God is revealing it, He knows the time is right.
As tough as it might be to face the truth, especially when it requires that we make changes in our lives, it is always better than avoiding it. You will be so glad to live in the freedom and rewards it brings.
We can never get to where we want to be unless we truly face where we are. We must not look to the world to teach us how to live sincere, godly lives, but rather to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. These are the real sources of truth—truth that will change us, encourage us, instruct us, and set us free.
