Nuestras vidas requieren fuerza. Muchas situaciones ponen a prueba la pasta de la que estamos hechos. Hacemos todo lo que podemos para ser fuertes y para plantar cara a cada desafío que se nos presenta, pero a menudo no estamos a la altura. Lo que muchas veces olvidamos es que la fuerza perfecta de Dios solo puede mostrarse en nuestra debilidad.
Tenemos un Dios que lucha por nosotros. Un Dios que inclina su oído a nuestras peticiones y que nos presta su fuerza para la batalla. Cuando buscamos morar en su presencia día a día, encontramos su fuerza en nuestros corazones y su poder en nuestros espíritus.
Oración:
Señor, soy débil. Hay cosas en mi vida que me han derrotado y que solo han servido para magnificar mi necesidad de ti. Hoy vengo aquí pidiéndote más de tu presencia y de tu fuerza. Te necesito en cada parte de mi vida.
Strength of His Presence
Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually! 1 CHRONICLES 16:11 ESV
Our lives demand strength. There are many situations that we find ourselves in that test what we’re made of. We do our best to be strong and to meet each challenge head on, but we consistently come up short. What we often fail to recognize is that it’s only in our weakness that the perfect strength of God can be shown.
We have a God who fights for us. A God who bends down his ear to our cry and who lends his strength for the battle. When we seek to dwell in the place of his presence daily, we will find his strength in our hearts and his power in our spirits.
Prayer:
Lord, I am weak. There are things in my life that have beaten me down and have only served to amplify my need for you. I am here today asking for your strength and for your presence. I need you in every part of my life.
