El primer paso para hacer algo es elegir hacerlo. Para animar a alguien, primero elige buscar lo mejor. Para estar en paz, primero elige no preocuparse. Para empezar algo nuevo, primero elige salir y hacerlo.
Puede que no sepa cómo va a funcionar todo, pero puede tomar algunas decisiones fundamentales hoy. Comience diciendo: ¡Hoy elijo la paz sobre el miedo! ¡Hoy elijo romper ese viejo hábito y empezar uno bueno! ¡Hoy elijo no arremeter contra la ira! ¡Hoy elijo no vivir en el pasado!
Tome una decisión, dé un paso, y nunca olvide pedir la ayuda de Dios (su gracia) para ejecutar su elección. Podemos hacer todas las cosas con y a través de Él, pero no podemos hacer nada sin Él (Filipenses 4:13).

The Choice Is Yours
Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve.
(Joshua 24:15)
The first step in doing anything is choosing to do it. In order to encourage someone, you first choose to look for the best. In order to be at peace, you first choose not to worry. In order to start something new, you first choose to step out and go for it.
You may not know how it’s all going to work out, but you can make some foundational choices today. Begin by saying, Today I choose peace over fear! Today I choose to break that old habit and start a good one! Today I choose not to lash out in anger! Today I choose not to live in the past!
Make a choice, take a step, and never forget to ask for God’s help (His grace) in executing your choice. We can do all things with and through Him, but we can do nothing without Him (see Philippians 4:13).
