Mas tú, cuando ores, entra en tu aposento, y cerrada la puerta, ora a tu Padre que está en secreto; y tu Padre que ve en lo secreto te recompensará en público.
• ¿Con quienes Dios tiene intimidad?
– Salmos 25:14
La comunión íntima de Jehová es con los que le temen, Y a ellos hará conocer su pacto.
• La Oración es el medio por el cual tu te comunicas con Dios, la mayoría de los creyentes oran, pero no tienen una relación íntima con Dios. Muchos creyentes oran presentando sus vidas, sus familias y sus necesidades a Él pero no tienen el anhelo o deseo de estar en la presencia de Dios, adorandolo y derramando su corazón a Dios.
• En la Intimidad aprendemos conocer más Dios, y Él toma el primer lugar en nuestro corazón.
¿¡Comunión Vs Intimidad!?
Una cosa es tener comunión con una persona, y otra es tener intimidad con ella. Tener comunión con alguien es pasar tiempo con esa persona y compartir la vida. Pero es otra cosa tener intimidad con esa persona en el cuarto matrimonial.
Igualmente tú puedes tener comunión con Dios, hablar con Él, depender de Él. Pero es totalmente otra cosa tener una relación intima con Dios. En la intimidad Dios se manifiesta y sus planes se revelan a tu vida. Es donde eres transformado por Él.
• En la oración intima fue como Jesús pudo mantenerse cerca del corazón del Padre.
– Marcos 1:35
Levantándose muy de mañana, siendo aún muy oscuro, salió y se fue a un lugar desierto, y allí oraba.
No puedes dejar de orar, y si dejares de tener una relación íntima con Dios, El siempre esta esperandote y hasta te llamará para que retomes este tiempo de intimidad con Él.
– Apocalipsis 2:4
Pero tengo contra ti, que has dejado tu primer amor.
Y la oración te prepara para el regreso de Jesús, por eso como creyentes debemos estar velando y orando, porque en cualquier momento podemos ser arrebatados
– Marcos 13:33
Mirad, velad y orad; porque no sabéis cuándo será el tiempo.
La relación intima con Dios te revela el Nombre y la persona de Dios, el Padre, y esa revelación manifiesta en ti el amor de Jesús y te activa, aumentando la Fe.
– Juan 17:26
Y les he dado a conocer tu nombre, y lo daré a conocer aún, para que el amor con que me has amado, esté en ellos, y yo en ellos.
Y a través de esta fuerte relación, se forja tu Fe, la Fe te activa en lo Sobrenatural de Dios para que hagas lo que Dios te ha mandado a hacer, el cual está en Isaías 61, tal cual como Jesús lo hizo en:
– Juan 11:41-43
Entonces quitaron la piedra de donde había sido puesto el muerto. Y Jesús, alzando los ojos a lo alto, dijo: Padre, gracias te doy por haberme oído.
Yo sabía que siempre me oyes; pero lo dije por causa de la multitud que está alrededor, para que crean que tú me has enviado.
Y habiendo dicho esto, clamó a gran voz: ¡Lázaro, ven fuera!
Oración:
Perdóname Señor Jesús porque he dejado mi primer amor por ti y te pido Espíritu Santo que me acerques con tus cuerdas de amor, al corazón de mi Padre Celestial, quiero vivir el deleite de estar en su presencia y siempre mantenerme en una relación intima con Él, que mi corazón anhele, en pasión y fervor de estar allí, en ese lugar secreto. En el nombre de Jesús. Amen!
Intimacy with God
– Matthew 6: 6
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
• With whom is God intimate?
– Psalm 25:14
Jehovah’s intimate fellowship is with those who fear him, And to them He will make known His covenant.
• Prayer is the means by which you communicate with God. Most believers pray, but they do not have an intimate relationship with God. Many believers pray presenting their lives, their families, and their needs to Him but do not have the longing or desire to be in the presence of God, worshiping Him and pouring out their hearts to Him.
• In Intimacy we learn to know more about God, and He takes the first place in our hearts.
Communion Vs Intimacy? To have communion with a person, is different from being intimate with someone. Be in communion with someone is spending time and sharing the life with that person. But it is different to be intimate with that person in the matrimonial bedroom.
Likewise, you can have communion with God, talk with Him, depend on Him. But it is totally different to have an intimate relationship with God. In intimacy God manifests Himself and His plans are revealed to your life. In intimacy you are transformed by Him.
• It was in intimate prayer that Jesus was able to stay close to the heart of the Father.
– Mark 1:35
Getting up early in the morning, while it was still very dark, He went out, to a deserted place, and there He prayed.
You cannot stop praying. If you stop having an intimate relationship with God, He is always waiting for you and will even call you to resume this time of intimacy with Him.
– Revelation 2:4
But I have against you, that you have left your first love.
And prayer prepares you for the return of Jesus, that is why as believers we must be watching and praying, because at any moment we can be raptured
– Mark 13:33
Look, watch and pray; because you don’t know when the time will be.
The intimate relationship with God reveals to you the name and person of God, the Father, and that revelation manifests in you the love of Jesus and activates you, increasing Faith.
– John 17:26
I made known to them your name, and will make it known; that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and I in them..
And through this strong relationship, your Faith is forged, Faith activates you in the Supernatural of God to do what God has commanded you to do, which is in Isaiah 61, just as Jesus did in:
– John 11: 41-43
Then they removed the stone from where the dead man had been laid. And Jesus, looking up, said: Father, I thank you for having heard me.
I knew that you always hear me; but I said it because of the crowd that is around, so that they believe that you have sent me.
And having said this, he cried out with a loud voice: Lazarus, come out!
Prayer:
Forgive me Lord Jesus because I have left my first love for you and I ask the Holy Spirit to draw me close, with your love cords, to the heart of my Heavenly Father. I want to live the delight of being in His presence and always keep in an intimate relationship with Him, that my heart yearns, in passion and fervor, to be there, in that secret place. In the name of Jesus. Amen!
