1 Reyes 17:3-9
«Vete al oriente y escóndete junto al arroyo de Querit, cerca de su desembocadura en el río Jordán. Bebe del arroyo y come lo que te den los cuervos, porque yo les he ordenado que te lleven comida». Entonces Elías hizo lo que el Señor le dijo y acampó junto al arroyo de Querit, al oriente del Jordán. Los cuervos le llevaban pan y carne por la mañana y por la noche, y él bebía del arroyo. Sin embargo, poco después, el arroyo se secó porque no había llovido en ninguna parte del reino. Luego el Señor dijo a Elías: «Vete a vivir a la aldea de Sarepta, que está cerca de la ciudad de Sidón. Yo le he ordenado a una viuda de allí que te alimente».
Cada relato de la biblia trae un sin número de enseñanzas que traen guía para cada circunstancia que vivimos. Usted podría decir que es imposible comparar su vida con el profeta Elías, pero la misma biblia nos dice que en su humanidad, él era igual a cualquiera de nosotros.
Santiago 5:17-18
Por ejemplo, el profeta Elías era en todo igual a todos nosotros; pero le pidió a Dios con mucha confianza que no lloviera, ¡y durante tres años y medio no llovió sobre la tierra! Después volvió a orar, ¡y llovió y la tierra dio sus cosechas!
La diferencia entre el profeta Elías y muchos de nosotros, es que muchas veces dudamos y no creemos que Dios nos escucha e inclusive en nuestros pensamientos cavilamos y dudamos que Dios pueda bendecirnos grandemente. Y por el contrario en este pasaje nos aclara que Elías no tomo decisiones basadas en las circunstancias, el obedeció a lo que Dios le había dicho, y él se mantuvo en el lugar, que Dios lo había enviado y ahí fue proveído de su alimento de una manera muy peculiar, los cuervos le traían el pan y la carne, pero en el momento que el arroyo se secó, que era lo que le proveía el agua que saciaba su sed y a pesar de que el veía con sus ojos como se secaba poco a poco el arroyo, no entró en pánico y esperó en Dios, que le diera el segundo paso a seguir y cuando finalmente Dios le vuelve a hablar, lo envía a hacer algo que parecía una locura donde la persona que le iba a proveer, era la menos indicada, era una mujer viuda pobre y no creyente.
De igual manera no te sorprendas de la manera que Dios te va a bendecir, obedece a Dios sin menospreciar nada, ni a nadie, si Dios te dijo que estés en ese lugar, y con esas personas; es que hay un propósito grande. En el caso de Elías, el obedeció y la mujer viuda también obedeció y los dos fueron bendecidos, no falto ni la harina ni el aceite, ni para el profeta Elías, ni para la mujer viuda y su hijo.
El obedecer a Dios impacta tus circunstancias y te prepara para lo que ha de venir.

▪︎Por la incertidumbre que estamos viviendo en estos tiempos, has tenido temor, ¿depresión o entrado en pánico?
▪︎A pesar de que has dudado y has tenido temor, porque no sabes que va a suceder, y ves que tus finanzas o ahorros se están disminuyendo y por otro lado, sigues en la misma situación de siempre y no ves probabilidades de que esto vaya a cambiar, pero quieres tener completa confianza en Dios y obedecerle, pero te está costando trabajo lograrlo?
Oración:
¡Padre Amado! Tú te deleitas en quienes anhelan escuchar tu voz y obedecerte, por eso hoy, te pedimos perdón si hemos dudado en nuestro corazón de que eres Real y que nos amas con amor eterno; que así cómo protegiste y proveíste al Profeta Elías en sus momentos más difíciles; así es tu mano poderosa para nosotros, tus hijos, que a través de las pruebas que estemos pasando, tú te glorificas y desatas milagros para cada necesidad en nuestras vidas, lo creemos e impactamos nuestras circunstancias con la llave de la fe, en el nombre de Jesús; Amen!

1 Kings 17: 3-9
Go east and hide by the Brook of Cherith, near its mouth in the Jordan River. Drink from the stream and eat what the crows give you, because I have ordered them to bring you food. In the same way, do not be surprised at the way that God is going to bless you, obey God without belittling anything, or anyone, if God told you to be in that place, and with those people; is that there is a great purpose. In the case of Elijah, he obeyed and the widow woman also obeyed and both were blessed, neither the flour nor the oil was lacking, neither for the prophet Elijah, nor for the widow woman and her son.Questions to conclude today’s word:
