Muchas personas se enfrentan a la ansiedad porque están completamente centradas en el futuro; tal vez estén esperando algo bueno, como conseguir el trabajo ideal, tener una relación en particular o recibir una oportunidad muy esperada. En realidad, toda su esperanza está puesta en el mañana porque están desesperados por escapar de las dificultades de hoy.
Sin embargo, el Dios que controla el mañana también es Señor del presente. Sí, Él ve tu situación: tus cargas, tus miedos, tus penas y tus frustraciones. Él comprende tu deseo de escapar de las presiones. Sin embargo, también sabe que las pruebas de hoy te prepararán para las bendiciones del mañana que tanto anhelas.
El trabajo, la relación o la oportunidad que esperas que te rescate puede terminar empeorando aun más tus problemas. Pero el Señor es quien verdaderamente puede librarte. Él provee una paz que sobrepasa todo entendimiento y un camino victorioso para todo lo que enfrentes. Así que, en lugar de buscar una vía de escape, vuélvete a Él ahora mismo. Enfrenta tus problemas en sus fuerzas y Él te dará una esperanza verdadera e inquebrantable para el mañana.

Today and Tomorrow
“Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” MATTHEW 6:34
Many people face anxiety because they are completely focused on the future—perhaps there is something good they are waiting for, such as getting the right job, having a particular relationship, or receiving a long-awaited opportunity. In actuality, their full hope is invested in tomorrow because they are so desperate to escape the difficulties of today.
But the God who is in control of tomorrow is also the Lord of today. Yes, He sees your situation—your burdens, fears, sorrows, and frustrations. He understands your desire to escape the pressures. However, He also knows that the trials of today will prepare you for the blessings of tomorrow you truly long for.
The job, relationship, or opportunity you hope will rescue you may end up making your problems even worse. But the Lord is the One who can truly deliver you. He provides peace that passes understanding and a path to victory for everything you face. So instead of seeking a future path of escape, go to Him right now. Confront your troubles in His strength today and He will give you true, unshakable hope for tomorrow.
