El ayuno está diseñado para profundizar en el espíritu a nuestra alma, lo que es invisible a nuestros ojos naturales, tal vez has luchado con algo durante muchos años tu y tu familia; pero es el tiempo de empezar a ser libres.
Dios te mostrará en este tiempo cosas que nunca te imaginaste, porque te has dispuesto a escuchar su voz, a alimentarte de su presencia y establecer una relación más profunda con Él. Y lo que tenia en derrota, sin poder avanzar hacia tus metas y no te dejaba ser libre totalmente, será quebrantado en este tiempo de ayuno.
Podemos ver una historia que nos recuerda que hay demonios y espíritus familiares que solo salen con ayuno y oración.
En Marcos 9:28-29
Cuando él entró en casa, sus discípulos le preguntaron aparte: ¿Por qué nosotros no pudimos echarle fuera? 29 Y les dijo: Este género con nada puede salir, sino con oración y ayuno.
Hay poderes infernales que han estado en tu vida por varias generaciones, incluso manifestaciones demoníacas que no conoces, por eso en este tiempo pídele al Espíritu Santo que te de revelación de aquello que te tiene prisionero .
1 Corintios 2:10
Nosotros las conocemos porque Dios envió a su Espíritu a revelárnoslas, ya que su Espíritu lo escudriña todo, hasta los secretos más profundos de Dios.
Oración:
Libertador de mi Alma, has vencido ya, colocando a tus enemigos bajo el estrado de tus pies y otorgándonos el regalo de la libertad a cada uno de nosotros y nuestras generaciones, por eso clamamos en tu nombre que los yugos se pudran, que las cadenas se rompan y que todo obstáculo se quité de nosotros por el poder de su Santo Espíritu y poder caminar en bendición, en el nombre de Jesús, Amén!

Fasting is designed to deepen our soul into the spirit, which is invisible to our natural eyes, perhaps you and your family have struggled with something for many years; but it is time to begin to be free.
God will show you things at this time that you never imagined, because you have been willing to listen to his voice, to nourish yourself with his presence and establish a deeper relationship with him. And what he had in defeat, without being able to advance towards your goals and not let you be totally free, it will be broken in this time of fasting.
We can see a story that reminds us that there are demons and familiar spirits that only come out with fasting and prayer.
In Mark 9: 28-29

Liberator of my Soul, you have already conquered, placing our enemies under our feet and granting the gift of freedom to each one of us and our generations, that is why we cry out in your name that the yokes rot, that the chains break and may all obstacles be removed from us by the power of his Holy Spirit and being able to walk in blessing, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
