La cuestión de la eternidad es un tema muy duro. La Biblia nos dice que el cielo es un lugar real, habitado por aquellos que han aceptado a Jesucristo como su Salvador. Aquellos que no han creído en él pasarán la eternidad separados de él, lo que viene a ser la esencia del infierno: una eternidad ausente de cualquier cosa buena. Pero aquellos que creen en la muerte y resurrección de Jesús para perdonar los pecados vivirán y compartirán su gloria. Nuestros cuerpos serán transformados y todo pasará a estar bajo su control.
¡Qué alivio es conocer la verdad! La eternidad es una garantía y tú puedes tenerla: ser ciudadana de los cielos. Se te ha prometido una herencia de gloria, donde el dolor, el sufrimiento y la debilidad serán transformados. Todo el engaño, el odio y la avaricia pasarán a estar bajo el control de Jesucristo y él hará nuevas todas las cosas. Tu eternidad ha sido establecida por fe.

Padre, gracias por la esperanza de una eternidad pasada contigo y con el resto de tus hijos. Cuán maravilloso será compartir tu gloria y ver cómo todas las cosas son renovadas.
Eternity
We are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. PHILIPPIANS 3:20 NLT
The question of eternity is a heavy one. The Bible tells us that heaven is a real place, inhabited by those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. Those who haven’t trusted him will spend eternity alienated from him, which is the essence of hell: an eternity absent of anything good. But believers in Jesus’ death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins will live and share in his glory. Our bodies will be transformed and everything will come under his control.
What a relief to know the truth! Eternity is a guarantee, and yours can be one of heavenly citizenship. You have been promised an inheritance of glory, where all pain, suffering, and weakness will be transformed. All deception, hatred, and greed will come under the control of Jesus Christ as he makes all things new. By faith, your eternity is established.
Prayer:
Father, thank you for the hope of an eternity spent with you and the rest of your children. How wonderful it will be to share in your glory and watch all things become new.
