Si eres una seguidora de Cristo, Dios eligió exactamente cuándo y cómo invitarte a unirte a su familia. Recibiste la invitación más prestigiosa y deseada de toda la historia. Él te eligió a ti.
Quizá buscabas tener una vida más significativa y él te dirigió a una comunidad cristiana. O a lo mejor necesitabas un cambio radical en tu vida, liberarte de una adicción o de otro patrón destructivo, y sentiste cómo él te arrancaba de la oscuridad. Fuera como fuera, él te llamó por tu nombre y ahora eres suya.
Oración:
Señor, nunca lo entenderé: tú me elegiste. Me sacaste de la oscuridad, me llevaste a la luz y al amor y a la esperanza. Soy tuya, hoy y para siempre. ¡Gracias!
He Chose You
The LORD is all I need. He takes care of me. My share in life has been pleasant; my part has been beautiful. PSALM 16:5-6 NCV
If you are a follower of Christ, God chose precisely when and how to invite you to join his family. You received the most prestigious, coveted invitation in history. He chose you.
Maybe you simply yearned for more meaning in your life and he led you into a Christian community. Perhaps you needed a radical life change, to shed an addiction or other destructive pattern, and you felt him lift you out of the darkness. Regardless of how it happened, he called you by name, and now you are his.
Prayer:
Lord, I’ll never get over it: you chose me. You pulled me out of darkness, into light and love and hope. I am yours, today and forever. Thank you!
