Navidad es una época de amor. Es el momento de recordar que el Dios del universo bajó a la tierra en forma de niño y lo cambió todo. Es la temporada de escuchar la historia de Adviento. Es un testamento a la celebración. Árboles. Lucecitas de decoración. Pijamas cómodos. Té caliente. Amigos. Familia. Tradiciones. Comida deliciosa. Regalos. Cuidar a los demás. Comodidad. Gozo. Belleza. Salvación… que adoptó la forma de un bebé.
La Navidad trata de la salvación. Es un inicio que debemos ansiar y devorar a la vez. Reconocemos el regalo de Jesús y lo que significó para Dios enviarle para salvarnos. Él es realmente el mejor regalo de todos.

Dios, en medio de esta temporada tan ajetreada, elijo detenerme y recordar lo que realmente significa la Navidad. He sido salvada gracias a tu regalo. Gracias.
Christmas Gift

The Christmas season is one of love. It is a season of remembering that the God of the universe came down to earth as a babe, changing everything. It is a season of longing with the adventure of Advent. It is a testament of celebration. Trees. Twinkling lights. Comfy jammies. Warm tea. Friends. Family. Traditions. Delicious food. Presents. Thoughtfulness. Comfort. Joy. Beauty. Salvation, in the form of a baby.
The Christmas season is about salvation. It is a beginning to be cherished and devoured at the same time. We recognize the gift of Jesus and what it meant for God to send him down to save us. He truly is the best gift of all.
Prayer:
God, in the busyness of this Christmas season, I choose to stop and remember what it is all about. I am saved because of your gift. Thank you.
