Al que cree todo le es posible. MARCOS 9:23
Hay cosas que llevamos ante el Señor y hacen que cuestionemos si realmente quiere ayudarnos. Sabemos que Dios puede hacerlo todo, pero no estamos seguros de si de veras está dispuesto a aliviarnos la carga. Esto es lo mismo que ocurrió cuando un padre llevó su hijo endemoniado a Jesús. El hombre deseaba ver restaurado al muchacho y sabía que Cristo tenía el poder para hacerlo, por lo que le dijo: «Si puedes hacer algo, ¡ten compasión de nosotros y ayúdanos!» (Marcos 9:22, RVC). Jesús contestó que estaba dispuesto a sanar al chico, y entonces el padre declaró: «¡Creo! ¡Ayúdame en mi incredulidad!» (v. 24).
Tal vez comprenda la sincera exclamación de este padre. Humildemente admitió que, aunque creía en la capacidad de Jesús, aún había algunas preocupaciones que interferían con su fe en el Maestro. Lo mismo puede ocurrir con usted. Confía en Jesús, pero se interponen los temores y dudas que lo embargan respecto a sí mismo.
Comprenda que Jesús no espera que usted sea perfecto. Sincérese con Él respecto a su fe vacilante, pero recuerde siempre que el poder del Señor no va y viene junto con la confianza que demuestre en Él. Dios siempre tiene el control, a pesar de cómo nos sintamos. Él es confiable incluso cuando fallamos en nuestra capacidad de confiar. Por consiguiente, dispóngase a creer en Él.
Oración:
Jesús, gracias por poder ayudarme y estar siempre dispuesto a hacerlo. Creo; ayúdame en mi incredulidad. Amén.
HE WILL
“All things are possible to him who believes.”
MARK 9:23
There are things you will bring to the Lord that you’ll wonder if He really wants to help you with. You know He can do anything, but you’re not certain He’s really willing to alleviate your burden. This was the case when a father brought his demon-possessed son to Jesus. He wanted to see his son restored, and he knew Christ had the power to do it. He said, “If You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us” (Mark 9:22 NKJV). Jesus said He was willing. So the father said, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” (v. 24).
Perhaps you understand this father’s honest exclamation. He humbly admitted that, while he believed in Jesus’ ability, there were still some concerns interfering with his faith. The same may be true for you. You trust Jesus, but your fears and doubts about yourself get in the way.
Realize that Jesus doesn’t expect you to be perfect. Be honest with Him about your fluctuating faith, but always remember that His power doesn’t ebb and flow along with your confidence in Him. Regardless of how you feel, God is always in control. He is trustworthy even when your ability to trust wavers. Therefore, set your heart to believe Him.

Jesus, thank You for always being able and willing to help me. I believe; help my unbelief! Amen.
