Lucas 2:10-11
Pero el ángel les dijo: No temáis; porque he aquí os doy nuevas de gran gozo, que será para todo el pueblo: que os ha nacido hoy, en la ciudad de David, un Salvador, que es CRISTO el Señor.
En una ocasión le preguntaron a alguien:
¿Qué quiere decir la Navidad para usted?
Riéndose contestó esto: “No sé. ¿Sería el día en que Jesús nació?.
Existía alguna verdad en su respuesta.
¿Qué es una Navidad feliz?
En los días que vivimos, al igual que en los países cristianos, la Navidad es una fiesta de muchos regalos. El único que no está presente es el Señor Jesús, la razón de la conmemoración de la Navidad (nacimiento). Las casas están totalmente adornadas con muchas luces de colores, las mesas están colmadas de platos con deliciosas comidas, por todas partes son encontradas las botellas de bebidas, todos se abrazan, cantan y bailan, todo es alegría.
¿Pero dónde está el dueño de la fiesta? ¿Dónde está el Salvador? ¿Dónde está el señor que nació para darnos vida y vida en abundancia?
Parece que Cristo continúa relegado al pesebre de Belén, lejos de nuestros ojos, de nuestras casas, de nuestras vidas.
Pero no debería ser así. Él es lo más importante de la Navidad, el motivo real de nuestra alegría.
La Navidad debe ser conmemorada con Jesús en el pesebre de nuestros corazones, en los colores de nuestra dicha, en la abundancia de nuestra adoración y obediencia.
La fiesta es Jesús, la alegría es Jesús, las alabanzas son para Jesús y los abrazos son dados por causa de Jesús.
¿Qué significa tener una Feliz Navidad? ¿Recibir muchos regalos? ¿Comprar ropas nuevas? ¿Adornar las casas?. Todo eso es apenas consecuencia de una feliz navidad.
Una Feliz Navidad existe cuando Jesús es el Señor y Salvador de nuestras vidas, cuando es el iluminador y es el centro de nuestros hogares, cuando podemos vivir disfrutando de cada día, sintiendo y recordando su amor para con nosotros, consientes de que por su muerte y resurrección podemos vivir una vida llena de paz, amor y tranquilidad, porque él guía todas nuestras decisiones.
¡Eso es tener una Feliz Navidad!
Oración:
Amado Jesús, te damos gracias por tu inmenso amor, nuestros corazónes estallan de adoración y de agradecimiento porque podemos celebrar tu amor en éstas temporadas, te amamos Jesús, amén.
The great joy of Christmas!
Luke 2: 10-11

What does Christmas mean to you?
Laughing, he answered this: “I don’t know. Would it be the day Jesus was born?
There was some truth to his answer.
What is a happy Christmas?
In the days that we live in, as in Christian countries, Christmas is a feast of many gifts. The only one who is not present is the Lord Jesus, the reason for the commemoration of Christmas (birth). The houses are fully adorned with many colored lights, the tables are filled with plates with delicious food, bottles of drinks are found everywhere, everyone hugs, sings and dances, everything is joy.
But where is the owner of the party? Where is the Savior? Where is the Lord who was born to give us life and life in abundance?
It seems that Christ continues to be relegated to the manger in Bethlehem, far from our eyes, from our homes, from our lives.
But it shouldn’t be like that. He is the most important thing in Christmas, the real reason for our joy.
Christmas must be commemorated with Jesus in the manger of our hearts, in the colors of our happiness, in the abundance of our adoration and obedience.
The party is Jesus, the joy is Jesus, the praises are for Jesus and the hugs are given because of Jesus.
What does it mean to have a Merry Christmas? Receive a lot of gifts? Buy new clothes? Decorate our homes? All of this is just a consequence of a merry Christmas.
A Merry Christmas exists when Jesus is the Lord and Savior of our lives, when he is the illuminator and is the center of our homes, when we can live enjoying each day, feeling and remembering his love for us, aware that by his death and resurrection we can live a life full of peace, love and tranquility, because he guides all of our decisions.
