¿No es maravilloso saber que Jesús está preparando un lugar apto para nosotros? Él ha estado trabajando en ese hogar en el cielo durante casi dos mil años. Tengamos la seguridad de que esa morada será mucho mejor que todo lo que podamos haber imaginado alguna vez (Efesios 3:20–21). Pero el cielo es más que una vivienda eterna. Junto con ella viene una esperanza extraordinaria. Ante todo, tendremos el gozo de estar por toda la eternidad con Dios y con los creyentes a quienes amamos. En segundo lugar, en el cielo no habrá maldad, tinieblas, lágrimas, sufrimiento, ni más muerte o perdida (Apocalipsis 21:4). Por último recibiremos recompensa por todo aquello que hemos hecho en servicio fiel a Cristo y a otros. 《Dios no es injusto para olvidar vuestra obra y el trabajo de amor que habeis mostrado [….] habiendo servido a los santos》. (Hebreos 6:10)
Sin duda, ¡Todo lo antedicho es motivo de alabanza! Entendemos que, en última instancia, es por eso lo que realmente trabajamos cuando servimos al Señor. El plan de Dios para nosotros no es solo levantar un reino aquí en la tierra, sino prepararnos y preparar a otros para el reino celestial venidero (1 Corintios 3:12-15).
Oración:
Jesús, gracias por mi hogar celestial. Ayúdame a servirte con el cielo a la vista. ¡Amén!
HEAVEN IN VIEW
“In My Father’s house are many dwelling places . . . I go to prepare a place for you.” JOHN 14:2
Isn’t it wonderful to know that Jesus is preparing a place just for you? He’s been working on your home in heaven for nearly two thousand years. You know it’s going to be far better than anything you could ever imagine (Ephesians 3:20–21)! But heaven is more than just an everlasting dwelling place. Rather, along with it comes some extraordinary hope. First and foremost, we will have the joy of being with God and our believing loved ones for all eternity. Second, there will be no evil, no darkness, no tears, no pain, and no more death or loss in heaven (Revelation 21:4). Finally, all that you have done in faithful service to Christ and others will be rewarded.
“For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered ….to the saints”. (Hebrews 6:10)
Certainly, that is all cause for praise! But understand that ultimately, that’s what you’re really working for when you serve the Lord. God’s plan for you is not just building a kingdom here on earth but getting you and others ready for the heavenly one that is to come. (1 Corinthians 3:12-15).

Jesus, thank You for my heavenly home! Help me serve You with heaven in view. Amen.
