Cuando suceden cosas que nos lastiman, en ese momento lo único que pensamos es en vengarnos de esa persona, ¿Quién no ha pasado por esta situación? De correr a querer tomar las situaciones por nuestras propias manos, esto nos ha llevado a tener tanta sed de venganza en nuestro corazón, que no sabemos saciarla y a veces ni siquiera sabemos de donde proviene.
¿Alguna vez te has sentido con tanta sed que te has desesperado por saciarla? Todos hemos experimentado la desesperada ansiedad
de tomar líquidos en nuestro cuerpo. Es la misma sensación pero en nuestra alma.
La palabra es específica cuando nos dice:
“Bienaventurados los que tienen hambre y sed de justicia, porque ellos serán saciados.”
S. Mateo 5:6
Esta sed de justicia humana o venganza no nos deja tener una comunión sincera y genuina con el Padre, porque la justicia es uno de los tres componentes del Reino de Dios, en Romanos 14:17 la palabra de Dios nos dice que el reino no es comida ni bebida sino que es justicia, paz y gozo en el Espíritu Santo.
El Reino de los cielos nos anima a encontrar la buena vida a través de servirnos unos a otros en el amor ( Gálatas 5:13). Aquellos
que tienen hambre y sed de justicia
encuentran misericordia y son
bendecidos con la felicidad final
como resultado.
Oración:
Rey de Gloria, ayúdanos a no ejecutar justicia por nuestras propias manos, por que la venganza nos separa de ti; nos refugiamos en tu corazón por que tu justicia es la mejor, llénanos de tu misericordia, compasión y amor en el nombre de Jesús, ¡Amén!
The Longing of Your Soul
When things happen that hurt us, in that moment all we think is to take revenge on that person. Who hasn’t gone through this situation? From running to wanting to take situations by our own hands, this has led us to have such a thirst for revenge in our hearts that we do not know how to quench it and sometimes we do not even know where it comes from.
Have you ever felt so thirsty that you were desperate to quench it? We have all experienced the desperate feeling. It is the same feeling but in our soul.
The word is specific when it says to us:
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be quenched.”
Matthew 5:6
This thirst for human justice or vengeance does not let us have sincere and genuine communion with the Father, because justice is one of the three components of the Kingdom of God. In Romans 14:17 the word of God tells us that the kingdom is not food or drink but is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
The kingdom of heaven encourages us to find the good life through serving one another in love (Galatians 5:13).
Those who hunger and thirst for justice find mercy and are blessed with ultimate happiness as a result.
Prayer:
King of Glory, help us not to execute justice by our own hands, because revenge separates us from you; we take refuge in your heart because your justice is the best! Fill us with your mercy, compassion and love in the name of Jesus, Amen!
