NO ERES UN ACCIDENTE.
Tu nacimiento no fue un error o infortunio, tu vida no es una casualidad de la naturaleza. Tus padres no te planificaron; Dios lo hizo. A él no lo sorprendió tu nacimiento. Es más, lo estaba esperando.
Mucho antes de que fueras concebido por tus papás, Dios ya te había concebido en su mente. Él pensó en ti primero. No es a causa del destino, ni de la casualidad, ni de la suerte, ni tampoco es una coincidencia que en este mismo instante estés respirando. ¡Tienes vida porque Dios quiso crearte! La Biblia dice: «El Señor cumplirá en mí su propósito».
Dios diseñó cada característica de tu cuerpo. Eligió tu raza a propósito, el color de tu piel, tu cabello y cualquier otro detalle. Hizo tu cuerpo a la medida, tal y como él lo quería. También dispuso todos los talentos naturales que posees y la singularidad de tu personalidad. La Biblia dice: «Me conoces por dentro y por fuera. Conoces cada hueso de mi cuerpo; sabes cómo fui hecho, parte por parte, cómo fui esculpido».
Puesto que Dios te hizo con un propósito, también decidió cuándo habrías de nacer y cuánto has de vivir. Él pensó de antemano en los días de tu vida, escogió tu momento exacto de nacer y de morir. La Biblia afirma: «Tú viste cuando mi cuerpo fue cobrando forma en las profundidades de la tierra; ¡aún no había vivido un solo día, cuando tú ya habías decidido cuánto tiempo viviría! ¡Lo habías anotado en tu libro!».
Dios planificó también tu lugar de nacimiento y dónde vivirías para su propósito. Tu raza y nacionalidad no son un accidente. Dios no dejó nada al azar. Todo lo planificó para su propósito. La Biblia dice: «De un solo hombre hizo él todas las naciones, para que vivan en toda la tierra; y les ha enseñado el tiempo y el lugar en que deben vivir».4 Nada en tu vida es arbitrario. Todo tiene un propósito.
Aun más impresionante es el hecho de que Dios decidió cómo nacerías. Dios planeó crearte a pesar de las circunstancias de tu nacimiento y quiénes serían tus padres. Daba igual si tus padres eran buenos, malos o indiferentes. Él sabía que esas dos personas poseían la hechura genética exacta y necesaria para a hacerte a «ti» a la medida, tal y como él pensaba. Ellos tenían el AND que Dios quería para crearte.
Aunque haya padres ilegítimos, no hay hijos ilegítimos. Muchos hijos no son planeados por sus padres, sino por Dios. El propósito divino tuvo en cuenta el fallo humano, inclusive el pecado.
Dios nunca hace nada por casualidad, ni tampoco comete errores. Él tiene un propósito para cada cosa que crea. Todo, aun los animales y las plantas, fue pensado por Dios; incluso cada persona fue creada con un propósito en mente.
El motivo de Dios para crearte fue su amor. La Biblia destaca: «Mucho antes de la fundación del mundo, él estaba pensando en nosotros, y se había predispuesto para que fuésemos el enfoque de su amor».

Mucho antes de que fueras concebido por tus papás, Dios ya te había concebido en su mente.
DAY 2 • You Are Not an Accident

God does not play dice.

YOU ARE NOT AN ACCIDENT.
Your birth was no mistake or mishap, and your life is no fluke of nature. Your parents may not have planned you, but God did. He was not at all surprised by your birth. In fact, he expected it.
Long before you were conceived by your parents, you were conceived in the mind of God. He thought of you first. It is not fate, nor chance, nor luck, nor coincidence that you are breathing at this very moment. You are alive because God wanted to create you! The Bible says, “The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me.”
God prescribed every single detail of your body. He deliberately chose your race, the color of your skin, your hair, and every other feature. He custom-made your body just the way he wanted it. He also determined the natural talents you would possess and the uniqueness of your personality. The Bible says, “You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something.”
Because God made you for a reason, he also decided when you would be born and how long you would live. He planned the days of your life in advance, choosing the exact time of your birth and death. The Bible says, “You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your Book!”
God also planned where you’d be born and where you’d live for his purpose. Your race and nationality are no accident. God left no detail to chance. He planned it all for his purpose. The Bible says, “From one man he made every nation, . . . and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.” Nothing in your life is arbitrary. It’s all for a purpose.
Most amazing, God decided how you would be born. Regardless of the circumstances of your birth or who your parents are, God had a plan in creating you. It doesn’t matter whether your parents were good, bad, or indifferent. God knew that those two individuals possessed exactly the right genetic makeup to create the custom “you” he had in mind. They had the DNA God wanted to make you.
While there are illegitimate parents, there are no illegitimate children. Many children are unplanned by their parents, but they are not unplanned by God. God’s purpose took into account human error, and even sin.

Long before you were conceived by your parents, you were conceived in the mind of God.
