No eres un accidente. Tu nacimiento no fue un error. Es posible que tus padres no planearan tu llegada al mundo, pero a Dios no le sorprendió en absoluto. De hecho, lo sabía todo sobre ti antes de que tu mamá estuviera embarazada. Que respires en este mismo instante no se debe al destino, a la casualidad, a la suerte ni a una coincidencia. ¡Estás vivo, porque Dios quiso crearte!
Dios escogió cada detalle de tu cuerpo: el color de tu piel, tu cabello, tus ojos. Eligió tu altura y el sonido de tu voz. Moldeó tu cuerpo exactamente como quería que fuera. Te dio, asimismo, talentos naturales y una personalidad única. No hay nadie igual a ti.
Dios te hizo por una razón. También decidió dónde nacerías y cuánto vivirías. Planificó los días de tu vida. Y eres exactamente cómo se suponía que fueras.
Oración
Gracias, Dios, por poner un cuidado tan especial al crearme. Cuando olvido lo especial que soy para ti, recuérdame que me hiciste de una forma maravillosa.
Day 11 • Born Right on Time
You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something. (PSALM 139:15, MSG)
You are not an accident. Your birth was no mistake. Your parents may not have planned you, but God was not at all surprised by your birth. In fact, he knew all about you before your mom was pregnant. It is not fate, chance, luck, or coincidence that you are breathing at this very moment. You are alive because God wanted to create you!
God chose every single detail of your body: the color of your skin, your hair, your eyes. He chose your height and the sound of your voice. He made your body just the way he wanted it. He also gave you natural talents and a unique personality. No one else is exactly like you.
God made you for a reason. He also decided when you would be born and how long you would live. He planned the days of your life. And you are exactly the way you are supposed to be.
Prayer:
Thank you, God, for taking such care in creating me. When I forget how special I am to you, remind me that I am wonderfully made by you.
