Juan 11:40
Jesús le dijo: ¿No te dije que si crees, verás la gloria de Dios?
Martha la amiga de Jesús sabia que Él era el Mesías, ella era testigo de los milagros y de todo lo que él había hecho con otras personas pero no lo podía creer que sucedería en su vida o con uno de los miembros de su familia, por eso Jesús llama su atención diciéndole esta frase: “No te he dicho que si crees verás la Gloria de Dios”. Aunque ella no podía creer que su hermano resucitara Jesús lo hizo.
Es nuestra decisión qué elegimos creer. Dios desea no solamente que creamos que Él existe, sino que creamos en su Palabra. Creer que Dios cumplirá sus promesas lo hará entrar en su reposo.
Los que han creído entrarán en el reposo de Dios, de acuerdo a Hebreos 4:3. Cuando me siento frustrada, ansiosa, temerosa o molesta, siempre descubro que el origen radica en no creer en lo correcto. Tengo un cartel en mi oficina que simplemente dice “Creer”. Me recuerda examinar mi corazón y mi mente y asegurarme de que mi confianza esté puesta en Dios en todo tiempo. El gozo y la paz se encuentran en el creer.
(Vea Romanos 15:13). Jesús dijo que si creyéramos, veríamos su gloria, la cual es la manifestación de su excelencia en nuestras vidas. Estoy convencida de que le gustaría ver la buena voluntad de Dios manifestada en su vida, como la quiero ver en la mía. Si Dios lo instruye a hacer (o dejar de hacer) algo, ¡crea y obedezca!. Cuando Dios dice en su Palabra que Él cuidará de usted y suplirá todas sus necesidades, ¡créalo!. Crea antes de ver. En la economía del reino de Dios, siempre creemos primero y luego vemos el resultado de lo que creímos.
¡Los buenos pensamientos conducen a una buena vida! ¡Creer en lo correcto conduce a una vida de paz, gozo y satisfacción! Mi mensaje para usted en este día es muy simple: ¡Crea!.
Oración:
Padre Celestial, confieso que a veces el creer no es tan fácil como parece, pero para ver tu gloria es necesario pararnos en fe, y creer que el milagro ya está hecho.
Ayúdame ser fuerte, y que a pesar de lo que pueda estar viviendo, yo pueda creer en que cada promesa de Dios para mi vida, mi casa y mi familia se cumplirán, en el nombre de Jesús, Amén!.
Believe and you will see his Glory!
John 11:40
Jesus said to him: Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?
Martha the friend of Jesus knew that He was the Messiah, she was a witness to miracles and everything he had done with other people but she could not believe what would happen in her life or with one of her family members, for That is why Jesus calls her attention by saying this phrase: “I have not told you that if you believe you will see the Glory of God.” Although she could not believe that her brother resurrected Jesus did.
It is our decision what we choose to believe. God wants us not only to believe that He exists, but to believe in His Word. Believing that God will fulfill his promises will cause you to enter his rest.
Those who have believed will enter God’s rest, according to Hebrews 4: 3. When I feel frustrated, anxious, fearful, or upset, I always find that the source is not believing the right thing. I have a sign in my office that simply says “Believe.” It reminds me to examine my heart and mind and make sure my trust is in God at all times. Joy and peace are found in believing.
(See Romans 15:13). Jesus said that if we believed, we would see his glory, which is the manifestation of his excellence in our lives. I am convinced that he would like to see the good will of God manifested in his life, as I want to see it in mine. If God instructs you to do (or stop doing) something, believe and obey! When God says in His Word that He will take care of you and meet all of His needs, believe Him! Believe before you see. In the economy of the kingdom of God, we always believe first and then see the result of what we believed.
Good thoughts lead to a good life! Believing the right thing leads to a life of peace, joy, and satisfaction! My message to you on this day is very simple: Believe!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I confess that sometimes believing is not as easy as it seems, but to see your glory it is necessary to stand in faith, and believe that the miracle has already been done.
Help me to be strong, and that despite what I may be living, I can believe that every promise of God for my life, my house and my family will be fulfilled, in the name of Jesus, Amen !.
