Le abrió su corazón a Jehová
Ana estaba tan triste que no dejaba de llorar. Por eso oró a Dios

En nuestras vidas pasamos por muchos tiempos difíciles, en nuestra reacción natural llamamos a una amiga y nos desahogamos buscando sacar ese dolor o distráenos de lo que estamos viviendo en ese momento.
Podemos ver en la vida de esta mujer Ana esposa de Elkaná que tenía situaciones que eran cada vez más difíciles de sobrellevar, su esterilidad era objeto de burla constante en su propia casa, sin embargo ella tomo la decisión de derramar su corazón ante Dios y hasta hacer un voto o promesa si Dios le respondía.
Orar es entablar una relación con el Padre, hablar con él y abrir nuestro corazón a ese Padre amoroso que dio todo por nosotras, poder tener esa relación como la pudo tener Ana y abrir nuestro corazón, es lo que más anhela Dios, poder escuchar de nuestros labios lo que nos alegra, lo que nos duele o necesitemos aunque él ya lo sepa.
Mateo 6:8b porque tu Padre sabe exactamente lo que necesitas, incluso antes de que se lo pidas.
Dios tiene un propósito para cada una de nosotras pero la actitud que tengamos es lo que adelanta o atrasa ese propósito.
Sabemos que la petición de Ana fue respondida y así mismo ella cumplió su promesa y su hijo fue el gran profeta Samuel.
Al igual que Ana, las Escrituras nos cuentan la historia de una cantidad de mujeres estériles. Sara se rió cuando se le dijo que finalmente tendría un hijo. Raquel se aferraba a su marido y le rogaba que le diera hijos, como si él pudiera hacer fértil su vientre. La angustia de Ana la llevó a buscar al único que de verdad podía proporcionarle ayuda. Si Ana nunca hubiera tenido un hijo, igual habría figurado en la narración bíblica como una mujer de fe. Ana no fue una mujer de fe porque dio a luz un hijo; sino
que es una mujer de fe porque buscó a Dios cuando estuvo en su momento de mayor aflicción, porque se había dado cuenta de que solo él podía responder a sus preguntas, y que solo él podía proporcionar el consuelo y el propósito que ella buscaba desesperadamente para su vida.
Dios anhela encontrarse con nosotras tal como lo hizo con Ana. Cualquiera sea nuestra aflicción, cualquiera sea la situación difícil que enfrentamos, él está dispuesto a suplir nuestras necesidades y darnos su gracia y su consuelo; es más: está deseoso de hacerlo. Ninguna otra persona —ni nuestro marido, ni nuestros amigos más cercanos, ni nuestros padres, ni nuestros hijos— puede brindarnos el alivio, apoyo y aliento que nuestro Dios pone a nuestra disposición.

Ana was so sad that she wouldn’t stop crying. So she prayed to God

In our lives we go through many difficult times, in our natural reaction we call a friend and we unburden ourselves trying to get rid of that pain or distract us from what we are living at that moment.
We can see in the life of this woman, Ana, wife of Elkaná, who had situations that were increasingly difficult to cope with, her sterility was the object of constant mockery in her own home, however she made the decision to pour out her heart before God and even make a vow or promise if God answered.
Praying is establishing a relationship with the Father, talking with him and opening our hearts to that loving Father who gave everything for us, to be able to have that relationship as Ana could have and to open our hearts, it is what God wants most, to be able to hear from our lips what makes us happy, what hurts or needs us even though he already knows it.
Matthew 6: 8b because your Father knows exactly what you need, even before you ask.
God has a purpose for each of us but the attitude we have is what advances or delays that purpose.
We know that Hannah’s request was answered and she also fulfilled her promise and her son was the great prophet Samuel.
Like Anna, the scriptures tell us the story of a number of barren women. Sara laughed when she was told that she would finally have a child. Raquel clung to her husband and begged him to bear children, as if he could make her womb fertile. Ana’s anguish led her to look for the only one who could really help her. If Anne had never had a child, she would still have figured in the biblical narrative as a woman of faith. Ana was not a woman of faith because she gave birth to a son; if not
that she is a woman of faith because she sought God when she was in her time of greatest distress, because she had realized that only he could answer her questions, and that only he could provide the comfort and purpose that she desperately sought for in life.
God longs to meet us just as he did Ana. Whatever our affliction, whatever difficult situation we face, he is willing to meet our needs and give us his grace and comfort; it is more: he is willing to do it. No other person — not our husband, not our closest friends, not our parents, not our children — can give us the comfort, support, and encouragement that our God makes available to us.
