Bendito sea Dios, que no ha desechado mi oración, ni apartado de mí Su misericordia.
SALMOS 66:20
Dios te quiere a ti: eso es lo que más le interesa cuando oras. No le preocupa que no tengas palabras elegantes o una presentación persuasiva de tus necesidades. Asimismo, el Padre ya sabe todas las veces que has acudido a otros buscando ayuda y los has encontrado deficientes o has probado tus propios recursos y has descubierto que eran insuficientes. Él ve las heridas que te has causado a ti mismo por no acudir a Él primero. No tienes por qué ocultarlo: Él lo sabe todo y te sigue amando incondicionalmente. Así que confiésalo todo y desahoga tu alma.
Por supuesto, debido a esos fracasos, puede que no te sientas digno de su presencia. Pero lo que más le importa a Él es que vuelvas a sus brazos. Así que acude a Él libremente. Reconoce quién es Él, piensa realmente en Él y adóralo. Admite que solo el Señor tiene la respuesta correcta para ti y la mejor respuesta a cualquier pregunta que puedas tener. No compartimentes ni evites que Él dirija cierta área de tu vida por temor, vergüenza u orgullo. Acude a Él con el respeto y la sinceridad debidos a tu Señor Dios y Creador. Él nunca te rechazará.

Jesús, te necesito. Gracias por amarme y aceptarme. Amén.
Go to Him
Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer nor His lovingkindness from me.
PSALM 66:20
God wants you—that’s what He is most interested in when you pray. He isn’t concerned when you don’t have elegant words or a persuasive presentation of your needs. Likewise, the Father already knows all the ways you’ve looked to others for help and found them wanting or have tried your own resources and have discovered them to be insufficient. He sees the wounds you’ve caused yourself by not turning to Him first. You do not have to hide any of it—He’s aware of it all and still loves you unconditionally. So confess it all and unburden your soul.
Of course, because of those failures, you may not feel worthy of His presence. But what matters most to Him is that you return to His arms. So go to Him freely. Recognize who He is—really think about Him and worship. Acknowledge that only He has the right answer for you and the best answer to any question you may have.
Don’t compartmentalize or prevent Him from directing a certain area of your life because of fear, embarrassment, or pride. Go to Him with the respect and earnest sincerity due to your lord God and Creator. He will never turn you away.

Jesus, I need You. Thank You for loving and accepting me. Amen.
