Amigo lector, ¿hay algún asunto o comportamiento que Dios le haya indicado que no debe ser parte de su vida, pero usted se niega a abandonarlo? No siga luchando contra el Señor, renuncie al asunto. Cada vez que traza una línea entre usted y el Señor por alguna cuestión, en forma activa elige decepción. Al negarse a llevar algo ante el altar, por grande o pequeño que sea, limita involuntariamente su relación con Jesús y cierra la misma Fuente de vida, perdiéndose cosas maravillosas que Él ha planeado para usted. Y puesto que el Padre se preocupa demasiado por usted como para dejarlo esclavizado a tal asunto, lo disciplinará.
Nada le agrada más a Dios que nuestra entrega total, y la premia de manera abundante. Esto se debe a que, más que cualquier otra cosa, nuestro Padre quiere una relación íntima con nosotros que nos lleve a la vida abundante. Por tanto, examinemos nuestros corazones y eliminemos todo lo que se interponga entre nosotros y Jesús. Si hay algo que para nosotros signifique más que Cristo, nos impedirá experimentar la plenitud de su amor. No nos hagamos daño aferrándonos a algo que no queremos dejar. Renunciemos a tal asunto e invitemos a Jesús a que sea todo en nosotros.
Oración:
Jesús, no quiero que nada se interponga entre nosotros. Desarráigalo para que pueda ser completamente tuyo. Amén.

Friend, is there any issue or behavior that God has pointed out as not belonging in your life but that you refuse to relinquish? Do not continue to struggle with Him—let it go. Whenever you draw a line between you and the Lord over any issue, you are actively choosing disappointment. By refusing to put something on the altar, however large or small it may be, you unwittingly limit your relationship with Jesus and shut out the very Source of your life—missing wonderful things He has planned for you. And because the Father cares for you too much to leave you in bondage to it, He will discipline you.
Nothing pleases God more than your full surrender, and He rewards it abundantly. This is because, more than anything else, your Father wants an intimate relationship with you that leads you to the abundant life. Therefore, search your heart and root out anything that stands between you and Jesus. If there’s anything that means more to you than Christ does, it will hinder you from experiencing the fullness of His love. Don’t hurt yourself by holding on to it. Let go and invite
Prayer:
Jesus to be everything to you. Jesus, I don’t want anything to come between us. Root it out, that I may be completely Yours. Amen.
