Esto significa que todo el que pertenece a Cristo se ha convertido en una persona nueva. La vida antigua ha pasado; ¡una nueva vida ha comenzado!
2 Corintios 5:17
Hay personas, contactos, credenciales o incluso artefactos que pueden cambiar por completo la manera en que los demás pueden tratarte o mirarte. Por ejemplo, si vas a un concierto y portas un gafete o escarapela que diga STAFF o VIP, probablemente puedas pasar prácticamente a todos lados sin que nadie te detenga. Sin embargo, si no portas ese gafete probablemente tendrás que presentar tu boleto de entrada para que posteriormente alguien de seguridad te lleve a tu lugar para asegurarse que no entres a áreas restringidas.
Así como hay cosas en la Tierra que hacen que los demás te traten diferente, incluso dándote ciertos privilegios, cuando aceptamos a Cristo como nuestro Señor y Salvador se nos entrega un gafete que dice “Nueva creación”. Este “gafete” nos permite entrar a todas las bendiciones de ser completamente amado, aceptado y perdonado por Dios.
Así como alguien de seguridad no te preguntaría por tu pasado si traes un gafete que diga STAFF o VIP, Dios tampoco va a preguntar por tu pasado si traes un gafete de “Nueva creación”.
No porque a Dios no le importe el pecado que has cometido, sino porque Cristo pagó un precio alto por ese gafete, además de que cargó en la cruz todas las consecuencias de tu pecado; en otras palabras, tu pasado, tu presente y tu futuro sí fueron tomados en cuenta, pero Cristo vivió las consecuencias por ti.
Por lo tanto, no dejes que la culpa de tu pasado te frene para acercarte a Dios -recuerda que tienes un gafete que te da libre entrada- acércate con confianza, creyendo que construirá cosas nuevas y mejores en tu vida si te acercas a él.

Mi Señor Jesús gracias por regalarnos una vida nueva donde toda nuestra culpa y pecado no nos afectan nunca más; creemos por tu palabra que tu pagaste por nosotros y a causa de ella somos libres y tenemos salvación, ayudanos a vivir una vida plena donde cada día somos transformados más y más por tu poder, en el nombre de Jesús, ¡Amén!

For example, if you’re going to a concert and you’re wearing a shirt or uniform that says STAFF or VIP, you’ll probably be able to go almost everywhere without anyone stopping you. However, if you don’t carry that badge you will probably have to present your entry ticket and have a security person take you to your place to make sure you don’t enter restricted areas.
Just as there are things on Earth that make others treat you differently, even by giving you certain privileges, when we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are given a badge that says “New Creation.” This “badge” allows us to enter into all the blessings of being fully loved, accepted, and forgiven by God.
Not because God does not care about the sin that you have committed, but because Christ paid a high price for that badge, besides that he carried on the cross all the consequences of your sin; In other words, your past, your present and your future were taken into account, but Christ lived the consequences for you.
So don’t let the guilt of your past slow you down to God – remember you have a badge that gives you free entrance – get close with confidence, believing that this will build new and better things in your life so you get close to Him.

My Lord Jesus thank you for giving us a new life where all our guilt and sin never affect us again; We believe by your word that you paid for us and because of it we are free and have salvation, help us to live a full life where every day we are transformed more and more by your power, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
