Cada día decides por alimentar tu cuerpo con comidas que te van a satisfacer por unas horas, y eso está bien.
También tú decides alimentar tu alma con actividades, como compartir con tus seres queridos, leer un libro, ver una película, o compartir con alguien a quien amas y eso está bien.
Ahora, y tu espíritu, ¿lo alimentas cada día?
Me puedes estar preguntando, y cómo se alimenta el espíritu correctamente y saludablemente?
Te lo diré…,
Sólo leyendo o escuchando la Palabra de Dios lo podrás hacer sanamente y será un alimento que saciará tu espíritu.
Esto alineará tu alma, la cual hará que tu cuerpo esté sano y descansado.
Ahora, me dirás, es que no entiendo la Biblia cuando la leo.
Ok, es que necesitas al Maestro y ese maestro es el Espíritu Santo, que te enseñará todas las cosas y te guiará a personas que te enseñarán de lo que él les enseño.
Si no conoces al Espíritu Santo, es porque necesitas realmente tener un encuentro con Jesús, que quiere entrar a tu corazón y eso quiero invitarte a que lo hagas ahora.
¿Y que me respondes, dices que sí?
Si dijiste que sí, repite en voz alta esta oración y créelo con todo tu corazón.

En Salmos 37:5-7 NTV dice así:
5 Entrega al Señor todo lo que haces; confía en él, y él te ayudará.
6 Él hará resplandecer tu inocencia como el amanecer, y la justicia de tu causa brillará como el sol de mediodía.
7 Quédate quieto en la presencia del Señor, y espera con paciencia a que él actúe
No te inquietes por la gente mala que prospera, ni te preocupes por sus perversas maquinaciones.

Rey de Gloria, tu palabra es sustento a nuestra Espíritu que nos ayuda a confiar y creer en ti, danos entendimiento de ella para que se siembre en nuestro ser y poder dar ese fruto de bien; tu eres nuestro maestro Espíritu Santo, que nos instruyes y capacitas para caminar en la verdad y justicia de tu paz, gracias Señor por ese alimento espiritual; en el nombre de Jesús. ¡Amén!
To feed on the word of God is to feed on God

Every day you decide to feed your body with meals that will satisfy you for a few hours, and that’s okay.
You also decide to feed your soul with activities, such as sharing with your loved ones, reading a book, watching a movie, or sharing with someone you love and that’s okay.
Now, and your spirit, do you feed it every day?
You may be asking me, and how does the spirit feed properly and healthily?

King of Glory, your word is sustenance to our Spirit that helps us to trust and believe in you, give us understanding of it so that it is sown in our being and to be able to give that fruit of good; you are our teacher Holy Spirit, who instructs and enables us to walk in the truth and justice of your peace, thank you Lord for that spiritual food; in the name of Jesus. Amen!
