Si somos infieles, él permanece fiel, pues él no puede negar quién es.
Permita que esta verdad le haga libre; usted no tiene que ser perfecto para experimentar el amor y la provisión de Dios en su vida.
¿Se preocupa constantemente por cómo su próxima equivocación pudiera hacer que Dios reaccione hacia usted?
Amigo, esa es una manera agotadora de vivir. Si bien es esencial que le honre por medio de la obediencia, Dios no le ama menos cuando usted comete un error. Lo que aflige al Padre en cuanto al pecado es que le separa de usted. Al sentirse avergonzado por no haber cumplido con su estándar de santidad, usted se esconde de Él como consecuencia. Sin embargo, lo que Dios quiere es tener una comunión profunda, ininterrumpida y permanente con usted, y es por eso que proveyó para nosotros tan perfectamente en la cruz; ahora Él le invita, sin importar lo que haya hecho, a confesarle sus pecados. Porque cuando lo haga, Dios promete que le perdonará y limpiará de toda maldad (1 Juan 1.9).
¿Por qué Él está tan dispuesto a perdonarle cuando falla?
Debido a su incondicional amor por usted Él quiere que usted vuelva, Él le quiere cerca. No permita que sus imperfecciones le mantengan separado de Dios.
Dios ha provisto el perdón de nuestros pecados por medio de Jesús, pero debemos aprender a recibir este don maravilloso que Él nos ha dado.
Si se encuentra enfadado consigo mismo a raíz de pecados del pasado, entonces no ha recibido el perdón que Dios ha provisto para usted. No importa por cuánto tiempo se sienta culpable, nunca podrá pagar por sus pecados. Lo único que cualquiera de nosotros debe hacer es confesarlos, estar dispuesto a volverse de sus malos caminos y después con gozo y gratitud recibir el asombroso don del total y completo perdón. Imagínese cómo se sentiría si se sacrificara y pagara un alto precio por un regalo que quisiera entregarle a alguien, pero cuando se los ofreció, se negaron a recibirlo. Quizá sintieron que no eran merecedores o que era demasiado costoso para recibirlo. Todo el esfuerzo que había hecho para proveer el regalo no serviría de nada a menos que lo recibieran. Ocurre lo mismo cuando no recibimos el don del perdón que Dios ha provisto para nosotros. Al recibirlo, se levantarán las cargas que usted ha estado llevando; la culpa y la condenación ya no tendrán lugar y el gozo regresará a su vida.
Oración:
¡Padre bueno y Fiel! Gracias por tanta bondad y misericordia para nosotros, gracias porque a pesar de nuestras fallas y equivocaciones no nos desechas, si no que nos redarguyes para volvernos hacia ti; por eso nos despojamos de todo pecado y te pedimos perdón si nuestras faltas nos han separado de nuestra comunión contigo, hoy nuestros corazones se vuelven a ti con temor y temblor, pero también llenos de alegría por tu perdón, Amor y paciencia hacia nosotros. En el nombre de Jesús. ¡Amen!

Are you constantly worrying about how your next mistake might cause God to react to you?
Dude, that’s an exhausting way to live. While it is essential that you honor Him through obedience, God does not love you less when you make a mistake. What hurts the Father about sin is that it separates him from you. Feeling ashamed that you did not meet His standard of holiness, you hide from Him as a consequence. However, what God wants is to have a deep, uninterrupted and permanent communion with you, and that is why he provided for us so perfectly on the cross; now He invites you, no matter what he has done, to confess his sins. Because when he does, God promises that he will forgive him and cleanse him from all unrighteousness (1 John 1.9).
Why is He so willing to forgive you when you fail?
Because of his unconditional love for you He wants you to come back, He wants you close. Don’t let his imperfections keep you separate from God.
God has provided forgiveness of our sins through Jesus, but we must learn to receive this wonderful gift that He has given us.
If you’re angry with yourself over past sins, then you have not received the forgiveness that God has provided for you. No matter how long you feel guilty, you can never pay for your sins. All any of us need to do is confess them, be willing to turn from our wicked ways, and then with joy and gratitude receive the amazing gift of full and complete forgiveness. Imagine how you would feel if you sacrificed yourself and paid a high price for a gift that you wanted to give someone, but when you offered it, they refused to receive it. Perhaps they felt that they were unworthy or that it was too expensive to receive. All the effort you put into providing the gift would be useless unless they received it. The same is true when we do not receive the gift of forgiveness that God has provided for us. As you receive it, the burdens you have been carrying will be lifted; guilt and condemnation will no longer take place and joy will return to your life.
Prayer:
Good and Faithful Father! Thank you for so much goodness and mercy for us, thank you because despite our failures and mistakes, you do not reject us, but rather you condemn us to turn to you; That is why we shed all sin and ask your forgiveness if our faults have separated us from our communion with you, today our hearts turn to you with fear and trembling, but also full of joy for your forgiveness, Love and patience towards us.
