LAS ESTACIONES DE AYUNO y oración son partes importantes de la vida de un creyente, especialmente para aquellos que están involucrados en el ministerio de liberación y que buscan la liberación para sí mismos. El ayuno conduce a la victoria y la liberación de las fortalezas y brinda mayores niveles de fuerza espiritual y madurez. La liberación es de Dios y es parte de la bendición de estar en pacto con Él. Solo destruye lo que es del diablo; nunca destruye lo que es del Espíritu Santo. Dado que la liberación es una obra del Espíritu Santo, edifica a los santos y edifica a la iglesia. Derriba las fortalezas del enemigo, pero edifica la obra de Dios. La liberación te fortalecerá y te preparará para una mayor manifestación del poder de Dios. El ayuno trae gran avance y liberación. El siguiente proceso después del ayuno es continuar viviendo su vida desde el lugar de libertad que acaba de adquirir. Una de las claves principales para mantener la liberación que se obtiene después de una temporada de ayuno y oración es activar el don espiritual del dominio propio. El ayuno y la oración le brindan el discernimiento y la fuerza que necesita para estar alerta para identificar y erradicar las áreas de su vida que estaban fuera de control. No vuelva a un estilo de vida en el que se deja llevar fácilmente, es desordenado, fuera de control, rebelde, incontrolable, ingobernable, ingobernable, rebelde o indisciplinado. El Espíritu Santo es su brújula y lupa en esta área. Un estilo de vida indisciplinado te devolverá a la esclavitud. No hay liberación ni libertad duraderas sin disciplina.

La Biblia en inglés común traduce Proverbios 25:28 de esta manera: “Una persona sin dominio propio es como una ciudad destruida, sin murallas”. Las ciudades sin murallas estaban abiertas a la invasión y el ataque de fuerzas externas. Una persona sin autocontrol está abierta a los demonios.
Para mantener su liberación, necesita tener autocontrol en estas áreas:
1. Pensando. Filipenses 4: 8 dice: “Por lo demás, hermanos, todo lo que es verdadero, todo lo honesto, todo lo justo, todo lo puro, todo lo amable, todo lo que es de buen nombre, si hay alguna virtud, y si hay algún elogio, piense en estas cosas “.
2. Apetitos. Proverbios 23: 2 dice: “Y pon cuchillo en tu garganta, si eres hombre dado al apetito”.
3. Hablar. Proverbios 25:28 (WYC) dice: “Como una ciudad abierta y sin murallas; así es el hombre que no puede refrenar su espíritu al hablar. (Como ciudad abierta y sin muros que la rodeen, es un hombre que no puede abstenerse de hablar con su propio espíritu) ”. 4. Carácter sexual. Primera de Corintios 9:27 dice: “Pero yo traigo y mantengo mi cuerpo en sujeción, no sea que al predicar a otros, yo mismo sea descalificado”. 5. Emociones. Proverbios 15:13 dice: “Un corazón alegre alegra el rostro, pero por la tristeza del corazón el espíritu se quebranta”. 6. Temperamento. Eclesiastés 7: 9 (NKJV) dice: “No te apresures en tu espíritu a enojarte, porque la ira descansa en el seno de los necios”. Así es como puede ganar y mantener el autocontrol, y así mantener su libertad de la esclavitud:
1. Lea la Palabra de Dios a diario.
2. Encuentre un grupo de personas que creen en la Biblia, preferiblemente una iglesia, y reúnase con ellos regularmente para adorar, estudiar y ministrar.
3. Ore con entendimiento y en lenguas.
4. Coloque la sangre de Jesús sobre usted y su familia.
5. Determine lo más cerca posible qué espíritus han sido expulsados de usted. Haga una lista de estas áreas que Satanás intentará recuperar.
6. La forma en que los demonios logran la reentrada es a través de una vida de pensamiento laxa e indisciplinada. La mente es el campo de batalla. Debes derribar las imaginaciones y llevar todo pensamiento a la obediencia de Cristo (2 Cor. 10: 5).
7. Ore al Padre fervientemente, pidiéndole que le haga estar alerta, sobrio y vigilante contra los malos pensamientos (1 P. 5: 8–9).
8. Los demonios señalan su acercamiento a ti por el hecho de que los viejos patrones de pensamiento que alguna vez tuviste ahora están tratando de regresar a ti. Tan pronto como esto suceda, reprende inmediatamente. Tan pronto como sea posible, declare verbalmente que los rechaza.
9. Tienes la autoridad para soltar a los ángeles del Señor para que luchen contra los demonios (Heb. 1:14; Mat. 18:18). Maintaining breakthrough and deliverance
Therefore if the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed. —JOHN 8:36
SEASONS OF FASTING and prayer are important parts of a believer’s life, especially for those who are involved in deliverance ministry and who are seeking deliverance for themselves. Fasting leads to victory and deliverance from strongholds and brings greater levels of spiritual strength and maturity. Deliverance is from God and is part of the blessing of being in covenant with Him. It only destroys what is of the devil; it never destroys what is of the Holy Spirit. Since deliverance is a work of the Holy Spirit, it builds up the saints and edifies the church. It tears down the strongholds of the enemy, but builds up the work of God. Deliverance will strengthen you and prepare you for a greater manifestation of God’s power. Fasting brings breakthrough and deliverance. The next process after fasting is to continue to live your life from the place of freedom that you have just acquired. One of the main keys to maintaining deliverance that is obtained after a season of fasting and prayer is by activating the spiritual gift of self-control. Fasting and prayer give you the discernment and strength you need to be vigilant in identifying and eradicating the areas of your life that were out of control. Do not go back to a lifestyle where you are easily carried away, disorderly, out of hand, rebellious, uncontrollable, ungovernable, unmanageable, unruly, or undisciplined. The Holy Spirit is your compass and magnifying glass in this area. An undisciplined lifestyle will bring you right back into bondage. There is no lasting deliverance and freedom without discipline.
He who has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls. —PROVERBS 25:28
The Common English Bible translates Proverbs 25:28 like this: “A person without self-control is like a breached city, one with no walls.” Cities without walls were open to invasion and attack from outside forces. A person without self-control is open for demons.
To maintain your deliverance, you need to have self-control in these areas:
1. Thinking. Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think on these things.”
2. Appetites. Proverbs 23:2 says, “and put a knife to your throat, if you are a man given to appetite.”
3. Speaking. Proverbs 25:28 (WYC) says, “As a city open, and without compass of walls; so is a man that may not refrain his spirit in speaking. (Like a city that is open, and without any walls surrounding it, is a man who cannot refrain his own spirit from speaking.)” 4. Sexual character. First Corinthians 9:27 says, “But I bring and keep my body under subjection, lest when preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.” 5. Emotions. Proverbs 15:13 says, “A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.” 6. Temper. Ecclesiastes 7:9 (NKJV) says, “Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools.” Here’s how you gain and maintain self-control, thereby maintain your freedom from bondage:
1. Read God’s Word daily.
2. Find a group of Bible-believing people, preferably a church, and regularly meet with them for worship, study, and ministry.
3. Pray with the understanding and in tongues.
4. Place the blood of Jesus on yourself and your family.
5. Determine as nearly as you can which spirits have been cast out of you. Make a list for these areas Satan will try to recapture.
6. The way demons gain reentry is through a lax, undisciplined thought life. The mind is the battlefield. You must cast down imaginations, and bring every thought into the obedience of Christ (2 Cor. 10:5).
7. Pray to the Father fervently, asking Him to make you alert, sober, and vigilant against wrong thoughts (1 Pet. 5:8–9).
8. The demons signal their approach to you by the fact that the old thought patterns you once had are now trying to return to you. As soon as this happens, immediately rebuke them. As quickly as possible state verbally that you refuse them.
9. You have the authority to loose the angels of the Lord to battle the demons (Heb. 1:14; Matt. 18:18). Bind the demons and loose upon them the spirits of destruction (1 Chron. 21:12), burning and judgment (Isa. 4:4), from the Lord Jesus Christ. Loose warrior angels upon the demons.
Prayer:
God of Freedom you are my Jesus and by the Power of your Holy Spirit we obtain absolute freedom and we are free from all ties, chains, curses and demonic oppression and we ask your powerful angels in battle to fight for us by binding every unclean spirit that comes in against us and our families and in this time of fasting, prayer and crying we clothe ourselves with your anointing, your word, your presence, your love my Lord to remain free at all times, erecting walls of protection around us in the name of Jesus, Amen!
