Mateo 7:1-5
Quien eres para juzgar a otro?
No juzguéis, para que no seáis juzgados. Porque con el juicio con que juzgáis, seréis juzgados, y con la medida con que medís, os será medido. ¿Y por qué miras la paja que está en el ojo de tu hermano, y no echas de ver la viga que está en tu propio ojo? ¿O cómo dirás a tu hermano: Déjame sacar la paja de tu ojo, y he aquí la viga en el ojo tuyo? ¡Hipócrita! saca primero la viga de tu propio ojo, y entonces verás bien para sacar la paja del ojo de tu hermano.
En estos tiempos por el gran avance tecnológico de los medios de comunicación a través de las redes sociales, cualquier suceso importante que ocurra en el mundo, será transmitido inmediatamente y llegará a todas partes del mundo; e inclusive los ministerios y siervos de Dios utilizan estos medios informativos para proclamar la palabra de Dios; muchos llegan a tener tanta fama y seguidores en todo el mundo, pero a causa del ataque espiritual que la iglesia vive permanentemente estos ministros de Dios son blanco de criticas constantes y por si algún motivo fallan u ocurre una situación desagradable o penosa en un área de sus vidas, se convierte en un arma efectiva para atacar y dejar en vergüenza, no solo a ellos, sino a toda la iglesia de Cristo, si un artista de Hollywood o a algun gobernante de alguna nación le sucede algo asi, no repercute a tanta magnitud, como si es, a un siervo de Cristo.
Y los primeros en juzgarlos, menospreciarlos y rechazarlos, son la misma iglesia.
El punto principal a meditar es que la iglesia de Cristo debe tener consciencia de que seguimos a Jesús, no a sus siervos o ministros de su iglesia, todos sin excepción, puede fallar de una manera u otra, y traer alguna clase de decepción a nuestra vida, por eso siempre nuestra mirada debe estar en Dios, no en los hombres; cada uno de nosotros tiene debilidades y no estamos exentos de fallar.
Entre los ejemplos más controversiales de la biblia, de hombres que fallaron podremos nombrar a Sansón y David y ver que lo importante no es como empiezas sino como terminas, en medio de cualquier circunstancia de tu vida.
Sansón se aprovecho de la misericordia de Dios y fue demasiado lejos, llegando a ser objeto de burla de los enemigos del pueblo de Dios.
Jueces 16:25″Y aconteció que cuando sintieron alegría en su corazón, dijeron: Llamad a Sansón, para que nos divierta. Y llamaron a Sansón de la cárcel, y sirvió de juguete delante de ellos; y lo pusieron entre las columnas”.
Sansón fallo en dos áreas: el orgullo y el sexo.
David por otro lado tuvo una irresistible tentación.
En un momento de debilidad fue víctima de la lujuria y tuvo que vivir las consecuencias de su error, pero sus fallas no lo llevaron a la muerte; todo lo contrario a lo que Sansón vivió, acausa de su pecado, murió en la prisión. Por otro lado siempre David será recordado como: “Dijo Dios…....David hijo de Isaí, varón conforme a mi corazón, quien hará todo lo que yo quiero”.

¿Que fue lo que marco la diferencia entre Sansón y David?
▪︎Fue el arrepentimiento lo que cuaso la diferencia.
David se humilló y quebranto su corazón ante Dios, la misericordia y gracia de Dios lo levantó.
Vemos dos hombres llamados a ser grandes cosas para Dios, pero fallaron como cualquier otro ser humano, a causa de sus debilidades, pero Dios no los juzgó, sino que su misericordia y gracia estuvo siempre con ellos; aunque Sansón murió; en el último momento de su vida clamó a Dios, que lo fortalecierá y pudiera tomar venganza de los que le habían sacado los ojos, Dios se lo concedió; movió las columnas en las que estaba atado y el edificio cayó sobre ellos y los que mató al morir fueron más de los que mató toda su vida.
El único que conoce el corazón del hombre es Dios, no es de nosotros juzgar, ya que te podrias sorprender, a quien tu señaslaste o juzgaste, Dios podria levantar grandemente.
Preguntas para concluir:
▪︎¿Se te es difícil callar y no opinar en contra de otros que hayan fallado?
▪︎¿Que pensarías si al tu caer en algunas de tus debilidades, te juzgarán y te dieran la espalda, ¿ Esto te ayudaria a levantarte y restaurarte?
Oración: ¡Padre misericordioso! Nos das una advertencia en tu palabra, que no juzguemos para no ser juzgados, porque el único que tiene esa potestad eres tu mi Rey; que analicemos nuestras propias vidas, antes de fijarnos en las debilidades de los demás; que tras nuestros errores y fallas, seamos humildes y busquemos tu perdón, que cuando un hijo tuyo fallé estemos prestos para amarlo, levantarlo y no para criticarlo; por eso clamamos ante tu altar, pidiéndote perdón por qué en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos juzgado y menospreciado a nuestro prójimo y no lo hemos ayudado; hoy nos despojamos de todo prejuicio, critica, habladuría, mentira y chisme de nuestras vidas, y te pedimos Santo Espíritu de Dios que nos ayudes a ser reparadores y no destructores.
Let’s not judge
Matthew 7: 1-5
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
In these times due to the great technological advance of the media through social networks, any important event that occurs in the world will be transmitted immediately and will reach all parts of the world; and even the ministries and servants of God use these informative means to proclaim the word of God; Many come to have so much fame and followers throughout the world, but because of the spiritual attack that the church lives permanently, these ministers of God are the target of constant criticism and if for some reason they fail or an unpleasant or painful situation occurs in an area of their lives, it becomes an effective weapon to attack and leave to shame, not only them, but the entire church of Christ, if something like this happens to a Hollywood artist or a ruler of any nation, it does not affect to such magnitude, as if it is, to a servant of Christ.
And the first to judge, belittle and reject them are the church itself.
The main point to ponder is that the church of Christ must be aware that we follow Jesus, not His servants or ministers of His church, all without exception, it can fail in one way or another, and bring some kind of disappointment to our life, that is why our gaze must always be on God, not on men; each of us has weaknesses and we are not exempt from failing.
Among the most controversial examples in the bible, of men who failed, we can name Samson and David and see that the important thing is not how you start but how you end, in the midst of any circumstance in your life.
Samson took advantage of God’s mercy and went too far, becoming the object of ridicule by the enemies of God’s people.
Judges 16:25
” While they were in high spirits, they shouted, “Bring out Samson to entertain us.” So they called Samson out of the prison, and he performed for them.”
Samson failed in two areas: pride and sex.
David on the other hand had an irresistible temptation.
In a moment of weakness, he was a victim of lust and had to live the consequences of his mistake, but his failures did not lead him to death; quite the opposite of what Samson lived, because of his sin, he died in prison. On the other hand, David will always be remembered as: “God said ……. David son of Jesse, a man after my heart, who will do everything I want.”
Acts 13:22
What was the difference between Samson and David?
▪︎It was regret that made the difference.
David humbled himself and broke his heart before God, God’s mercy and grace lifted him up.
We see two men called to be great things for God, but they failed like any other human being, because of their weaknesses, but God did not judge them, but his mercy and grace was always with them; although Samson died; In the last moment of his life he cried out to God, that he would strengthen him and be able to take revenge on those who had gouged out his eyes, God granted it to him; He moved the columns on which he was tied and the building fell on them and those he killed when he died were more than he killed in his entire life.
The only one who knows the heart of man is God, it is not for us to judge, since you might be surprised, who you pointed to or judged, God could lift up greatly.
Questions to conclude:
▪︎Is it difficult for you to be silent and not express an opinion against others who have failed?
▪︎What would you think if when you fell into some of your weaknesses, they would judge you and turn their back on you, would this help you get up and restore yourself?
Prayer:
Merciful Father! You give us a warning in Your word, that we do not judge so as not to be judged, because the only one who has that power is You, my King; that we analyze our own lives, before looking at the weaknesses of others; that after our mistakes and failures, let us be humble and seek Your forgiveness, that when a child of Yours fails we are ready to love them, lift them and not to criticize it; that is why we cry out to Your altar, asking Your forgiveness for why at some point in our lives we have judged and belittled our neighbor and we have not helped them; Today we shed all prejudice, criticism, gossip, lies and gossip from our lives, and we ask the Holy Spirit of God to help us to be restorative and not destructive.
