Hay momentos en la vida en los que sentimos que siempre estamos luchando sin llegar a ninguna parte; en los que tenemos sed de algo más, sin lograr saciarnos. Dios ha prometido que llegará el día en el que nosotros, los redimidos, ya no ansiaremos la plenitud; en la que todo lo que deseamos se verá satisfecho.
Aun así, antes de que llegue ese día, Dios quiere y puede darte un oasis en el desierto y mostrarte señales de vida, sea cual sea el páramo por el que estés cruzando. Al igual que la promesa que Jesús le hizo a la mujer en el pozo, el agua que él te da es para siempre y se convierte en nosotros en un manantial que brota para vida eterna.
Oración:
Dios, te doy las gracias por el agua que me das para satisfacer mi alma. Quiero sacarla de tu pozo eterno para poder soportar los momentos en el desierto y crecer en mis travesías por tierras salvajes.

There are times in life when we feel like we are always striving and never getting anywhere; where we thirst for something more but still feel dry. God has promised that there will be a day when we, the redeemed, will no longer thirst for fulfillment; when everything we desire will be satisfied.
Before that day, however, God is still willing and able to grant you an oasis in the desert and give you signs of life in whatever kind of “wilderness” you may be experiencing. Just like the promise Jesus made to the woman at the well, the water that he gives is everlasting and becomes in us a spring of water welling up to eternal life.
Prayer:
God, thank you for the water that you give to satisfy my soul. I want to draw from your everlasting well so that I can endure the desert moments and experience growth in the times of wilderness.
