Como un águila, Dios nos protege bajo sus alas ante los ataques y las tormentas. Qué imagen más potente y, a la vez, más tierna. Qué maravilloso es que te abrace contra su cuerpo y notar su calidez.
¿Descansas en esta promesa de protección o estás constantemente en guardia, siempre asomando la cabeza para ver qué peligros acechan? Quizá incluso has intentado abandonar completamente el nido y cuidar de ti misma. Si es así, vuelve a su lado. Acepta su protección.

Señor, tú eres mi refugio. Gracias por ofrecerme un lugar cálido y seguro en el que protegerme de las tormentas de la vida. Perdóname por las veces en las que me resisto a ti y creo que puedo hacerlo sola. Tus alas son mi armadura, poderosas para salvarme.
He Will Shelter You
He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. PSALM 91:4 NLT
Like an eagle, God shelters us beneath his wings from storms and attacks. The image is powerful, yet also tender. How wonderful it is to be tucked in, right up against him, absorbing his warmth!
Do you rest in this promise of protection, or do you struggle, always poking your head out to see what dangers await? Maybe you’ve even tried to leave the nest altogether and take care of yourself. If so, return to his side. Accept his protection.
Prayer:
Lord, you are my shelter. Thank you for providing me a safe, warm place to wait out life’s storms. Forgive me for the times I resist you, believing I can do it alone. Your wings are my armor, and they are mighty to save.
