Este es el mensaje que hemos oído de él y que les anunciamos: Dios es luz y en él no hay ninguna oscuridad. 1 JUAN 1:5 (NVI)
En la oscuridad total buscamos instintivamente la luz. Encendemos los móviles, tanteamos para encontrar un interruptor o encendemos una vela. Con una sola fuente de luz, la oscuridad puede ser vencida. Podemos saber a dónde ir.
El mismo principio se aplica a nuestros corazones. Dios es pura luz y con él podemos superar cualquier oscuridad a la que nos enfrentemos. No hay tentación, no hay adicción, no hay poder demasiado poderoso para Dios.
Oración:
Padre, sé que siempre que me enfrente a la oscuridad, lo único que necesito es buscar tu rostro. Tú eres bueno, tú eres puro, tú eres luz. Rindo a ti mi batalla contra la oscuridad y te pido que me ayudes a salir airosa. Quiero vivir en tu luz pura.
No Darkness

In total darkness, we instinctively seek light. We turn on our phones, fumble for a light switch, light a candle. With a single light source, the darkness can be overcome. We can find our way.
This same principle applies to our hearts. God is pure light, and with him, we can overcome any darkness we face. No temptation, no addiction, no sin is too powerful for God to conquer.
Prayer:
Father, I know that whenever and wherever I face darkness, I need only seek your face. You are all good, all pure, all light. I surrender my struggle with the darkness to you, and ask you to help me overcome it. I want to live in your pure light.
