LA GRAN COMISIÓN ES TU COMISIÓN.
Tienes que tomar una decisión: ser un cristiano de clase mundial o ser un cristiano mundano.
Los cristianos mundanos ven a Dios esencialmente como una satisfacción personal. Son salvos, pero orientados hacia sí mismos. Les gusta asistir a conciertos y seminarios enriquecedores, pero nunca los encontrarás en conferencias misioneras, porque no les interesan. Sus oraciones se enfocan en sus propias necesidades, bendiciones y alegrías. Con una fe tipo «yo primero», se preguntan: ¿Cómo puede Dios hacer mi vida más cómoda? Quieren usar a dios para sus propósitos más que ser usados para los propósitos de él.
En contraste, los cristianos comprometidos fueron salvados y creados para una misión. Están ansiosos por recibir una asignación particular y se emocionan con el privilegio de ser usados por Dios. Los verdaderos cristianos son las únicas personas que viven a plenitud en este planeta. Su gozo, su confianza y entusiasmo son contagiosos, porque saben que hacen una diferencia. Se levantan cada mañana esperando que Dios obre a través de ellos en nuevas formas. ¿Qué clase de cristiano quieres ser?
Dios te invita a participar en la causa más grande, más extensa, más diversa y más importante de la historia: su reino.
La historia es su historia. Él está levantando su familia para la eternidad, nada importa más ni durará tanto. Sabemos, de acuerdo con el libro del Apocalipsis, que la misión global de Dios será alcanzada. Algún día la Gran Comisión será el Gran Cumplimiento. En el cielo una enorme multitud de «toda raza, tribu, nación y lengua» se reunirá un día delante de Jesucristo para adorarlo. Involucrarte como cristiano comprometido te permitirá experimentar anticipadamente un poco de lo que será el cielo.
Reflexión:
Nunca en la historia fue más fácil cumplir tu comisión de ir al mundo entero.

THE GREAT COMMISSION IS YOUR COMMISSION.
You have a choice to make. You will be either a world-class Christian or a worldly Christian.
Worldly Christians look to God primarily for personal fulfillment. They are saved, but self-centered. They love to attend concerts and enrichment seminars, but you would never find them at a missions conference because they aren’t interested. Their prayers focus on their own needs, blessings, and happiness. It’s a “me-first” faith: How can God make my life more comfortable? They want to use God for their purposes instead of being used for his purposes.
In contrast, world-class Christians know they were saved to serve and made for a mission. They are eager to receive a personal assignment and excited about the privilege of being used by God. World-class Christians are the only fully alive people on the planet. Their joy, confidence, and enthusiasm are contagious because they know they’re making a difference. They wake up each morning expecting God to work through them in fresh ways. Which type of Christian do you want to be?
God invites you to participate in the greatest, largest, most diverse, and most significant cause in history — his kingdom. History is his story. He’s building his family for eternity. Nothing matters more, and nothing will last as long. From the book of Revelation we know that God’s global mission will be accomplished. Someday the Great Commission will be the Great Completion. In heaven an enormous crowd of people from “every race, tribe, nation, and language” will one day stand before Jesus Christ to worship him. Getting involved as a world-class Christian will allow you to experience a little of what heaven will be like in advance.

It has never been easier in history to fulfill your commission to go to the whole world.
